Finding the place (parking) wasn't straightforward, but the staff was very helpful navigating us. The location was great, close to Diocletian's Palace, where we visited after 5pm (much less crowd) and then enjoyed waterfront boardwalk trough the evening. Plus, the right next was "Prva Vidilica" - a walkable hill where you can view the whole town with sunrise.

Nice and spacious and the bathroom had two sinks and a great waterfall shower. Decent location to walking distance for sites.
The A/C did not work well and so there was a plug in rotating fan in the room that made it bearable to sleep. We were glad we only were here for one night.

Everything was outstanding and we would absolutely stay there again, but would request a different room not facing the street. The room we had was on a very busy curve with lots of noisy motorcycles driving at high speed and just above a restaurant where young people were gathering and talking way past midnight.

In one of the 3 rooms that we got the airconditioner failed after 2 nights and in the middle of the night it started blowing hot air. That was not comfortable.

Perfect location within the main city, almost on the Adriatic and near many excellent restaurants and shops. The rooms all were modern, well designed and clean. We loved our stay. They accommodated all of our needs. Highly recommend!
