Good location. Owner gave us a map and some suggestions when we arrived which was helpful. Everything walkable in the main town. Good local places to eat. Quiet and away from the busy-ness of the centre of Split.
Almost impossible to find! Address given was the wrong street. The entrance is in Ulice Augusta senoe and down some steps. Without any signage whatsover (no red banner like in the pictures for instance), we were left floundering around in the night time after the taxi we booked to take us direct to the property due to the late hour of our arrival left us considerably short of the distance due to the difficulty of the narrow streets. Fortunately was able to contact the owner by 'phone otherwise we'd have never found the keybox to get in.

Cozy and clean accommodation in a nice neighborhood with lots of great restaurants on one side and Marjan Park on another. Great host who made a small guidance on the best beaches, places of interest and touristic attractions (thank you, Ivan!). Just a great place to relax after busy and exiting days in Split

The location of place is so good, close to everything and lots or restaurants close by.
Ivan the owner of the place was a nice man same my age and he briefed me upon arrival and gave me enough tips and information for what to do in 4.5 days.
I asked him for Iron and umbrella and he helped.
A nice place for a solo traveler.
I will recommend it.

A great location. Everything is near: the centre, Marjan park, restaurants, cafes, bus station, ferry port etc. There is a small fridge in the room and an electric kettle. Excellent communication with the host.

The room was nice, had a bit of a view of the sea, nice dual aspect, and quite spacious.
Ivan (the host) was very helpful, welcoming and understanding (as our fight and bus to split from the airport got delayed) Ivan was very communicative and showed a good understanding of the situation, which we really appreciated.

Close to the city center, restaurants and the attractions. The host was always a message away if we had any questions. Perfect if you look for a small apartment for a couple. Picturesque stairs up or down the hill. The host met us up by the taxi and showed the facilities and gave us a map with directions upon check in. Lovely neighbours.
Thank you, we wished that we could have stay longer.
