Affordability and easy to check in. Was tidy and clean. Air conditioned which was nice
Location wasnt the best, however knew where it was before booking. Beds not very comfortable.

Staff were pleasant and the rooms are value for money. There was a fridge so that was also nice
I feel the location and getting to the accomodation was very misleading. About a 30 minute walk into old town split and the bus station, and 5 flights of stairs up to the rooms. It was not a hotel, merely rooms in an office building. These werent problems per say, it was tolerated for sure but a better indication on the listing would be more appropriate. There is also no lift. We didnt feel afraid or worried coming home late at night but it is quite eerie walking in with absolutely no lights on any floors.

People are very nice, patient. They explain everything right away, they are always open to all questions. The stay was very pleasant. The rooms have everything you need and everything is very clean. I will come again for sure!

They staff was very nice, very kind. Its not really the center, but 10-15 min walk away from the historical center, so its really quiet neighbourhood. It was clean. Cheap.
The building is old yugoslavian style. The hotel is in the fourth floor and there is no elevator. The bed was unconfortable.

Would be nice to know about the five flights of stairs with no lift. Shower was not clean and they did not have my booking when checking in.

Property was clean and quiet. It also provided the basics. Staff member's English wasn't perfect but he was nice and helpful.
The stairs! It's on the 5th floor with many flights of stairs. I had a big suitcase so it was extremely hard to climb up in the heat. It's also a bit further out of town centre.

Really comfortable, had everything we needed, a nice, quiet location a little bit away from the centre but within walking distance, and the host was exceptionally kind.

The room was very nice and very clean.
The airconditioning worked great.
Water from the tap was drinkable.
There even was a fridge and TV.
The location is good as you can get to the centre with a 10-15 min walk. The bus station is close as well.
Our room's window lock was broken on the bottom but the top worked so it was fine. The owner's English is not amazing but eventually we sorted everything out.
The entrance was a bit difficult to find and not very welcoming as everything was very dark. The street in which the apartment is located doesn't look great either but it's close to the main road.

The host has waited for our past midnight arrival. The place is simple but clean. Good value for the money considering the rest places's pricing in this time of the year in Split.
