You should have photos of what the rooms actually look like. it looks like a different room in the photos and it was a different room that they give me . also, with such a hot outside, it would be nice to have a micro fridge inside rooms. no soundproofing at all. I can hear everything from the other rooms (EVERYTHING)

It was great for what it was. The older design of the place was lovely and the balcony our top room had made breakfasts and relaxing after the beach a memorable experience. The hosts were nice (some more than others) and pretty easy to reach at any time. We even had enough space for our dogs and their crates, which was nice. ~25min walk to the center , ~5min walk to the (human) beach, ~45min walk to the dog beach (too much)
There was free parking on the premise, but not for all the apartments. There's an extension of the hospital's parking which is free, but places are available only after noon. The lack of facilities for a longer stay is a bit problematic. We had enough to boil some water for soups and coffee, but not having a washing machine wasn't as easy as we hoped.

The apartment is really near the beach.
The facilities were also good.
It was a bit far away from the center.
And also it would be good if in the future we had the possibility to do the payment by card or even directly in booking instead of using money .

I really love everything. Especially the location, the staff was very welcoming and they let us do an early check in, so it was perfect for us to go to the beach.
Also, the bedroom was very comfortable. And I love the hair diffuser for my curly hair.

Shower very uncomfortable, the hot water doesnt last for long and the curtains are too short so it leaks water on the floor

Very comfortable stay, the host was very kind and helpful and checked us in later when our flight was delayed. Facilities were lovely, comfortable bed, air conditioned and lovely balcony, perfect stay for the amount of time we spent in Split. Location is 10-15 minutes walk from center, but it was very straight forward walk and around a lovely area, nearby are plenty shops such as Spar, Tommy bakeries etc. and other amenities. Closest beach was a short walk. Good value for money also.

The owner was very nice and friendly. Great location- in between the city center and the amazing beach on the outskirts. Very clean and tidy.
The only thing missing was a drying rack.

The host we met (the owners mum) was so lovely and greeted us with a smile both mornings, the room was nice and a comfortable size, fast wifi, smart tv, close to beach and supermarket, aircon was great
Had to hold the shower head as there wasnt a wall mount
