Good location and easy walk to old town. There was secure parking. Accommodations were comfortable and clean. All staff were exceptional in every way. Rooftop bar and pool was wonderful.
It would have been nice to have a bit more variety for the dinner menu instead of a set menu. The food was very good and we had dinner twice there.

Property was in a nice central location. Room was very nice and clean and free parking was a great benefit.
The pool, jacuzzi, and pool deck were not open and under construction which was very disappointing as this was the reason we chose this hotel. No notice was given that these amenities would not be available before our stay.

a quiet location at walking distance to the bustling old town (1.2-3 km). The building is well maintained, nice design, large rooms, nice view from the balcony (6th floor). Staff is very, very nice and helpful! Free parking is a big plus.
wifi had some issues in the morning then it has completely recovered. So it must have been a temporary something.

It was a great experience overall! I don't usually leave feedback, but Dioklecijan Hotel really exceeded our expectations with their lovely staff, great facilities and the overall amenities. It felt like a 5 star experience in a 4 star hotel!

First of all the staff was incredible. We booked this hotel in order to relax and unwind and the hotel definitely exceeded our expectations. We mainly used the rooftop lounge for the pool and jacuzzi. Upstairs the staff tended to every need with kindness. The massage services were top-notch! And even dinner in the hotel was lovely. WiFi signal was strong throughout the hotel and the rooms were spacious, highly clean and well air-conditioned. The hotel is 20 minutes walk from old town, or 10 minutes bus ride away (with the bus being just around the corner). And another bonus was the grocery store right below the hotel for every need.

The rooftop was great for pool and staff for spa was wonderful. The staff and breakfast buffet was also great and wonderful addition to stay. The beds and linens were extremely comfortable. Tommy's store on the bottom floor was extremely convenient as well.
The elevator kept going out and was a bit inconvenient at times. Thankfully we were able to use the staff elevator but staff seemed a little frustrated as it held up cleaning rooms and traveling up and down bc everyone using /waiting for 1 elevator..
No ice machine and very small refrigerator in room but we managed.

This hotel has a very restful vibe - the staff are very good - the common areas have a nice homily feel - the pool on a non windy day was fabulous
A lift was out of service for 2 days which meant a bit of extra climbing -

The staff were very sweet , hotel room was large,but i had booked a junior suite, breakfast was good, and a 5 min drive to the old town , so was perfect.
They do not have a milk sachet in room for tea or coffee.
Not in the prettiest part of the city.
