The host was extremely helpful, the room was very spacious and was really clean. The location was perfect as it was a few minutes walk only from the harbour and the old town.

Super spacious and clean, great location next to supermarkets, bars, restaurants and bus and ferry station. All the toiletries that we could need. Exceptional treatment by the host, he let us storage our bags for free after check out and also gave us an umbrella as it was pouring. He also let us check in an hour early. Excellent value for money.
It can be a bit noisy as the building is old but nothing that you can’t fix with earplugs or noise cancellation earphones if you are a light sleeper like me.

A lovely home with all the necessities, very clean and the location is great - 5 minutes away from the Old Town and close to the central beach. The host is very wonderful and greets you like a friend.

Fully fitted out studio apartment, large double bed
Challenging to find especially after dark. Relied on Apple Maps to pinpoint the address, which was up a flight of external steps. No Dalmatian House signage.

We have stayed before and love it for the location. Split isn’t cheap, and this is great value so near the harbour and bus and train stations. We will not hesitate to book again if we need a stopover in Split.
The high flat has a fair number of stairs. You need to be ready to pay cash.
