Tidy rooms with comfortable beds. Clean and nice. Well equipped kitchen and a nice balcony, though the view is nothing remarkable.
Bathroom, while being clean, had a terrible smell

I liked that the hostel was very close to the city center.
There wasn't bunk beds.

Staff was really friendly, nice rooms

Disappointing
Location was the only thing we valued here. The facilities were what we expected and enough for us just to have a bed to sleep in at night and be outside during the day.
As I made a booking for two rooms, I expected that the families could be close to each other. We were like 200 meters apart on different streets. The facilities were OK as we expected, but still in one of the apartments we couldn't leave any food due to ants. The value for money isn't great as it seems overpriced even in a very touristy place in August. The staff (one person) was very rude and arrogant... Since I booked for two families, each family wanted to pay for its room but we were only allowed to do one full payment. As we asked why, the answer given was "You are not in your country". Also, we didn't receive any recommendations and she didn't make any effort to be friendly at least. As we didn't have any mobile communications, we asked if she could explain to each other where the other family would be staying, so that we keep in touch... She couldn't care less. Hopefully, we just got unlucky with the one person that welcomed us.

Location and staff
Window was broken and didnt close, was noisy for sleeping. One bathroom so much little. Everywhere was not clean.
