Brilliant location, lovely private restful terrace, characterful apartment. You do hear some of the bars and restaurants below so not for those who are not fans of noise but we enjoyed being in the middle of everything.
Parasol on terrace was broken on arrival which we let them know as we left as we didn't need to use it. We'd booked a "double room" but when we got there the bed in the lounge was also made up so we promptly asked to turn it back into the sofa so we had room to move round but the sofa was quite stained and we had to struggle with the cumbersome sofa to find all the main sofa cushions. Our preference could have been checked before arrival ...and the bed in the actual bedroom was lovely and comfy.

Location is great, almost in the centre of the Diocletian Palace and a short walk to the Riva promenade. Terrace was very spacious and sunny too,
Air con handset didn't work on arrival so we had to take batteries from the TV remote control. That meant we had to switch batteries back to get the TV to work. New batteries were provided the next day but this should have been checked as part of the owner's turn round process. Air con didn't cope with long spells of 30 C temperatures and flooded once so we had to restrict air con usage to ensure it didn't flood again. Restaurant downstairs wasn't particularly noisy or intrusive but we could still hear conversation after 2 AM when the bedroom window was open. Noisy air con when that window was closed, too hot for sleeping when the air con was off and window closed to keep noise out. Ear plugs might have helped!
When we asked to have a late check out instead of 10 AM, we were told "I'll let you know." We were never advised, either way.
Getting ripped off by the airport taxi, from the stand close to the west end of Riva. We had expected to be quoted around 50-55 Euros, since a private transfer from the airport organised by the apartment had cost us 55 Euros. Luggage was loaded into the taxi by another driver before our driver would give a price. He then assured us that the journey would be officially metered and that the cost would be around 70 Euros. It was a Sunday and it was a long way to the airport, private transfers are unreliable and under cut the real costs, bla bla, but we foolishly agreed to take the taxi. We were then dropped off a considerable distance from the terminal. The "meter" read 81.80 Euros but he'd only charge us 80. Really generous touch - not!! We didn't have time or energy to argue the rip off price but we did tell the driver what we thought of his exploitation of tourists. When we eventually passed the taxi rank on our way into the terminal, we noted the big sign advising that the cost should have been around 55 Euros. Be warned.

We can't rate Cindro Apartment with Terrace as we weren't able to stay there. The day of arrival our host Ivana informed us that the apartment we rented was not available due to a bug infestation and it was being fumigated. Due to this, she offered us another apartment called "Apartment Esmeralda". Apartment Esmeralda was 2 blocks from the Old Town, it was big and comfortable. Ivana was very helpful in answering our questions and provided recommendations about parking, tours, restaurants.

Amazing localisation in terms of sightseeing. Very cosy, clean and well equipped appartment. Ivana- friendly and helpfull host!
It is not the owner's fault, but the localisation of bars under the windows does not help with sleeping. Having the windows and their covers closed did not help- it was very loud till the late night hours.

best ever location right in the centre of the palace and old town. step out of the Appartment in to the narrow streets and atmosphere of the Split old town
some noice from the bars and restaurants below and stairs to the third floor Appartment steep and well worn, but what do you expect being in the centre of such an historic and vibrant ancient city!

Apartment is in City centre but is very noisy because of few bars downstairs.
Checking in was chaotic
We been charged for apartments twice 20 days later still didn't get any money back so its really annoying as they know its there mistake but we just read that bank send money back but 20 days later still not in our bank account.
Honestly avoid this place for this price you can find much better apartments

Lovely spot in the old town. We escpecially loved the roof terrace. Clean and tidy.
The hot water boiler did not heat the water properly. For our family of three, there was not enough warm water for everyone to shower. Not even the next morning.
If you are sensitive to cigarette smoke, perhaps reconsider. The smoke from the bar downstairs in the small courtyard wafted into the apartment.
The Bokeria restaurant photos in the description are misleading. The restaurant is not even on the same block.

The location is amazing! Right in the middle of the old town. Apartment was perfect, there was a gorgeous terrace. We got in late and someone met us outside the old town and brought us in. He carried bags up the stairs. It was great

Great location and apartment looked nice.
The apartment smells very strongly of cigarette smoke which comes through the floor due to a family of smokers below. It permiates all the fabrics. The hallway leading to the property also smells strongly of smoke which is where all the towels and linen are kept. Very unpleasant, especially when travelling with a baby and a husband who is asthmatic and very sensitive to smoke. We asked to switch apartment but didn't receive an alternative from the owners.

Excellent location in the centre of the Old Town, a 2 minute walk to the Diocletian Palace which is flood lit in the evenings. Spacious apartment with large living area and big roof terrace. The main bedroom was well furnished and the sofa bed in the living room was comfortable.
A microwave and hairdryer would have been great. There are several flights of stone steps leading to the apartment, some of which do not have a hand rail. I would recommend that these be put in place urgently.

An old Venetian palace within a Roman palace. Fairly unique to Split and this apartment was a great example. Very central without being overly noisy. Spit's best (debateable) and quirkiest (not debatable) cocktail bar the Pun Kufer "full suitcase"right below the rooms. Didn't keep us awake as hey we were in there ourselves :)
Took the apartment with a terrace and got rained on, so not as much use as we had hoped. Made the apartment relatively expensive overall. Expectation of rain was in line with time of year. Just unlucky. Was still great to have it but unsure I would "roll those dice" as late as October again. Improvement wise I suggest to the host that you supply normal pillows in a cupboard as well as the fancy room dressing ones out on the bed as they were nice to look at but not that great to sleep on. Give your guests the option?

very clean,all the amenities in kitchen we needed ; didnt cook but had everything,oil vinegar, lots of tea selections ,coffee,kettle,pots pans,blender,
the bed was so comfy, the pillows were too fat,hurt my neck,but the bed was great.the tv didnt work in the bedroom but that wasnt needed.
the living room had a nice tv and four chair dining set ,comfy couch,everything was modern and looked brand new ,it looked like the whole place had been remodeled even the bathroom,the deck was fabulous and large,two lounge chairs and four other chairs with big umbrella for sunshade.
the only downfall was all the flights of stairs but thats the case anywhere in split,
,the host Deny was great he even let us in early.
