This was a lovely place to stay in Split for families. The apartment was large and the kitchen was well stocked. We were able to cook and enjoy our dinner on the lovely patio. Location was also excellent, walking distance to the center of town but quiet.

This apartment is just off the beaten path enough to be quiet and intimate. Our apartment had a lovely terrace and there is also a courtyard on the main level for everyone's use.
As with most places in Split, there are a lot of stairs! Not a bother for us, but be aware. Also you will need to drag your luggage up the cobblestones as the street does not accommodate car traffic, which is kinda nice

Very well located property outside the craziness of Split palace town while still a few minutes by foot to it. The manager was very helpful by allowing us to check in earlier, pointing us to less touristy restaurants.

Super nice guesthouse in a great, quiet location in the Varos area of Split. We stayed in the top floor studio, which was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast basics were provided in the room (coffee, tea, yogurt, muesli, orange juice). The host was friendly and welcoming.

The room was very comfortable and well appointed. It was very clean and charmingly decorated. The location was excellent . Most importantly, the host, Mariann, was very helpful and responsive. We loved it and hope to be back.
There was a very minor issue with the lock of our room but it was quickly taken care of and our stay wa wonderful.

Wonderful location and the rooms were absolutely perfect. We enjoyed the courtyard to meet with our group and Marijana was a wonderful host! We loved sitting outside in the patio and watching g the birds in the morning before we started our day.

Our apartment was beautifully decorated. It made us feel at home. Cereal, milk and juice in our refrigerator was a nice touch. It was close to the popular attractions and lots of restaurants. Staff was welcoming and very friendly.
We couldn't feel the A/C in the bedrooms.

Mattress was not really comfortable and bathroom needed detailed cleaning to get up hair on sink and floor.

It’s in the old city and walking distance to all the attractions and lots of restaurants nearby
It was not clean. My room had a smell of cat urine which was difficult to get rid of because of poor ventilation. There was only one, very small window in a nook which did not do much. The air conditioner didn’t help either. I was very uncomfortable staying in that room

This apartment was nicely located in the old town with a short walk to the water. The place was very spacious and the outdoor terrace was a big plus. Wish we could have stayed more than one nıght.
It was a little difficult to get to and find the place since the taxi couldn't enter the nearby streets.

Lovely courtyard to relax in. Spacious, clean room and bathroom. Nice extras like tea, real French press coffee and cereal. Laundry facilities on site.
Close to quieter part of town but good cafes and restaurants nearby and not too far a walk to the palace and promenade.
It was slightly tricky to find and up a hill and some steps (like every thing else in Split).

This was a perfect location, close to the downtown, but quiet, and made us walk around the area. We loved the courtyard and our private patio. There were 10 of us, and we were able to book rooms separately, but come together in the two open spaces, the courtyard and our private balcony (which is accessed from the 2 bedroom unit that one group booked. Note- booking an upstairs room involves carrying luggage up stairs. There are a few downstairs rooms, if that is an issue for you, inquire about the lower rooms. I would completely stay here again and recommend to others. Photos: View from the balcony from the 2 bedroom apt, and down to the first level courtyard and the olive tree!
