Location is fantastic - you do have to walk up to the location as the streets are very narrow. Easy to get anywhere from there with lots of places to eat and drink nearby.
Our upstairs room (very top room in the attic) was cute but had a few limitations: hot (the mini-split could barely keep up on a warm day) and the ceilings are slanted (as they must be in an attic, but the head-banging potential is everywhere including in the bathroom.

Perfect place for our group of three. The host Marijana was incredibly communicative and helpful. Not quite in the old city, but we liked that because it was quiet. And it's a short ~5 min walk to the old city center. Our room had an incredible terrace. Overall it was better than expected for our 5 day stay in Split.
The hot water was confusing. We accidentally shut it off and had a couple cold showers. Clearer signage at the switch would have been an easy fix.

Location was great. Check-in was easy. We communicated on WhatsApp so that she would be there when I arrived. My room was spacious comfortable, and pretty quiet.

Marijana was the perfect host. My husband has Parkinson’s. She met us a the Uber driver and carried all our luggage to the hotel. And when it was time to check out she again carried all our luggage to meet the Uber driver which was about a half mile away. I can’t thank her enough for all she did for us.

An outstanding, spacious and well-equipped apartment, comfortable, with everything you could want and more. Marijana was hugely helpful, and the location is close to perfect. Excellent value, too.

The property is exactly as pictured and Marijana is an amazing hostess. She helped us so much during our trip as our bags were lost by the airline. She allowed us to use her washer/dryer and even found some slippers we could use. The location is perfect and quiet, and the rooms were spacious and clean/cool. I highly recommend staying there if you are in Split. There is no better hotel!

We breakfast at a nearby restaurant. The location was great, close to good restaurants, grocery store and the Palace. The room was generous and the bed was comfortable.

Terrific location, just a short walk to the old city. The room was comfortable, very clean, and had everything we needed. We had a car with us and our host was incredibly helpful in helping us determine where to park. The courtyard was lovely to relax in!

Marijana is the kindest host, very efficient and excellent communicator. Anything we needed, she made herself available. She met us near the apartment to walk us in, helped with our checked bag, and pointed us around/made notes on a very helpful Old Town map - sometimes it helps to have a hard copy, smart. Loved the stocked fridge, perfect. Location, brilliant, right near the Marjan stretch of excellent restaurants, but that courtyard...such a lovely little oasis and a chance to meet your fellow travelers. Thank you, Marijana, for taking such good care of us!
The wifi has a strong signal but it's very slow at times, internet cuts in and out. I would stay here again anyway, plenty of places to bang around on your phone ?

This was a lovely place to stay in Split for families. The apartment was large and the kitchen was well stocked. We were able to cook and enjoy our dinner on the lovely patio. Location was also excellent, walking distance to the center of town but quiet.
