The room is extra spacious and very clean. The breakfast was perfect. There is free parking and the aprtment is very close both to the center and the hospitals.

It was within walking distance of beach and old town. The breakfast was excellent.
The shower had no door and shower hooks and the entire floor was cold hard cement.

Good sized rooms and bathroom
Made it look like it was bigger no common area. Also bed frame in one of the rooms broker squeaking like an old car couldn’t sleep because of it. It should not be rented without the bed frame being replaced. Also parking is atrocious very hard to get in and out due to people parking illegally in the alley and I guess no one’s cares about towing them in Split. Wifi also terrible and tvs don’t work without wifi so if you have kids who need it don’t stay here it’s the worst we’ve had in Croatia.

Pool. Environment. Close to the beach.
Lack of staff in breakfast leads to wait time when it runs out of coffee or milk. We got the suite with 2 bedrooms. One of them had the 2 bathrooms and some details in the bathroom showed that was unfinished. Ine of the bed was uncomfortable.

Overall, a good experience. Our room was clean and located about a mile from Old Town Split, but not really within walking distance for us. We used an Uber to visit Old Town. Breakfast was good.
The temperature was unseasonably hot for Split when we visited in late June (i.e., high of 95°F or 35°C), and the air conditioning in one of our two bedrooms did not keep up during the late afternoon. (The average temperature for this time of year is about 30°C or 85°F.) A staff person came to check the A/C. We left late afternoon to visit Old Town, and fortunately, the temperature in the hot bedroom reduced to a reasonable level. So the air cooled down, and we were able to sleep okay. The internet photos of the hotel show the Adriatic Sea (Firule Beach) in the background, but the beach is probably about .3 mile or so.

Location. Close to ferry port and old town
The unit was smelly with seawer order. The staff gave us another room but we lost sea view and use of laundry machine as we had originally booked. Not worth what we paid for.

Wonderful
The hotel has several very different rooms. The family had in total 7 different rooms and all were great. Very good breakfast with several different options. The last day we negotiated late check-out for one of the rooms for a fair charge. The hotel is within a residential area, next to a sports area. The noice from the sports activity did not bother us or disturb at all. There is a short walk to the beach and about 30 mins walk to the old town.
Due to Easter, food and drinks services was limited.

Large, comfortable room. Bright atrium style breakfast room. Variety of breakfast items. Very helpful staff. Nice extra touches like a jar of complimentary sweets and biscuits in reception and shelves of books to swap. Great local restaurant next door and supermarket nearby. Located about a twenty minute walk from old town, but close to the coastal path and beaches.
Smoking is allowed on balconies and being non-smokers, our enjoyment of the amenity was spoiled by the smoke drifting from adjacent occupants. Same on the terrace at breakfast.

The shower was cold sometimes, and there was no soundproofing, so you could hear the radio from the neighbors room. Otherwise it was really good, very friendly stuff, good location, and amazing breakfast with a lot of options to choose from
