Amazing location, you're right in the old town. Bus station and city buses are a quick walk away.
The breakfast was excellent - you get a voucher for a coffee and meal of choice (out of ~8) at a restaurant nearby. Great food.
Room is modern and clean. There's a tea/coffee maker in the room.
The worst thing is the bar in the first floor - gotta come ready for noise and bring earplugs. But that's the price you pay for the great location.
The see-through bathroom wall is a....choice.

The location was excellent. Very central. Apartment was clean, breakfast was very good in a bistro a few steps away with very good options and nice atmosphere. Some noise at night time but it didn’t bordered us.

Superb apartment in an heritage building in the city centre, both old town and promenade is at a walking distance. The room was comfortable, clean and with modern facilities. Marina was really helpful in every aspect of making our stay enjoyable. Overall a great place to enjoy Split.
There is fair bit of noise till very late in the morning (3-4 PM) which is little off putting. There is also no lift which can be an issue for few travellers.

This is an amazing place the city center. Great for exploring the city. The apartment has enough space, a great bathroom, and big windows. Comfy beds that we enjoyed a lot!

Bathroom! The fact that the bathroom is divided in 3 sections with separate toilet.
The balcony is unfortunately also the pigeons toilet

The location was perfect and the room was lovely and very comfortable. We booked breakfast which was at a lovely cafe bar across a road/path and the breakfast was superb
Nothing to dislike, the only thing was that we booked the only room which has a balcony because my husband likes to read and have a beer when we come in on an evening. We found that the light didn’t work so I messaged Marina and although she couldn’t get it fixed that day she got the bulb changed the day after so that was good. I think it should be on the checklist for you that room.

Beautiful, spotless room in a central location. Perfect in every respect. Easy to find and Marina was very helpful during our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Spacious room at very central location
The Irish pub on the ground floor was a popular party place. And every night when they closed the party moved out in the street below us, and woke us up. But maybe that is what to expect at a very central location

Stylish spacious room - good check in, nice bathroom, fridge, coffee etc.
Noise and breakfast wasn’t great as limited menu which includes one coffee. We bought an orange juice and ordered another coffee but we’re not charged for extra coffee which was kind.
