The location was spectacular and allowed us to be in the old city.
The only drawbacks were the carpeted floors (personal preference) and some minor logistical inconveniences about checking in and out.

clean rooms, great location
we took two rooms and not in all rooms conditioniers are working properly, so really recommend you to take smaller rooms where conditionier is working proplerly.

Excellent location. Felt safe and secure within the building and surrounding area. Modern and comfortable room. Appreciated the fridge and coffee facilities.
The only negative was the poor air con within the room. It seemed to work well in the corridor but not as cool in the bedroom.

Marina is super nice and kind and helps where necessary!
We slept in room B which has a lot of windows and therefore daylight and sun. The curtains do not really cover the window, so it's quit light in the room

The room was compact but well appointed and comfortable. The terrace was a lovely bonus. The room was spotlessly clean. The bed was comfy and with the window shutter closed we were able to get a good nights sleep. The location was fantastic, very close to everything we needed. Breakfast in a nearby restaurant was lovely and a reasonable selection of breakfast options were available. Our host, Marina, was extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble for her.

The room was very nice, good shower. Great location to access the old town and the waterfront. Great communication from the host with info re closest parking etc..
Very noisy Irish Bar down below. Not great soundproofing. The building entrance is a bit average but the room is very good. Quite a few stairs with luggage but due to heritage status they cant install an elevator. Other than the noise from the bar the location is great. Host provided good info for nearby parking (approx 400m walk)
