Wonderful
Excellent facilities friendly and efficient staff. Ample and comfortable apartment, well serviced and cleaned.
Buffet breakfast very varied and tasty, but could be improved if scrambled eggs could be added to the current offering of hard boiled eggs. Critical to secure a parking spot at the facility since there is no.parking space in the street.

We chose the hotel for proximity to Split Predgrade station mistakingly thinking that was the main station so didn't chose it to be near the old town. Therefore it was in quite a suburban area and not walking distance from the old town. The good thing about that was that it was cheaper to eat out! The staff were helpful and made us a breakfast to take away as we left very early. The room was very big and the bed was comfy. They also moved us immediately to a different room as there was a barking dog in teh room next to where we were first allocated.
Be aware that a lot of hotels allow dogs now and there were some very barky dogs staying here! This place wouldn't suit people wanting to be able to walk to the old town but we used Bolt and it was cheap to get around.

Good facilities of room. Nice and comfortable of bed and balcony and bathroom. Air Condition is so good. Warm and pressional service. Perfect breakfast.

Too many fees, pet charge was too much, Booking.com needs to include the overall fess including pet fee when displayimg cost. Because you only find out the total price including pet and parking after you arive. By then it is too late to change your arrangement. No fault of the property "sort of" they did not provide any relief.

We had a lovely stay of 3 nights here. Comfortable beds, spacious room, top cleanliness, friendly & helpful staff. Breakfast had a variety of fresh items. Parking was also available on premises for a small charge. Definitely recommend ?
Fridge was not available in room.

Parking in garage is great option. Value for money was really great, room was one of biggest we have been to, clean and with everything you need. Small but good breakfast.
They have communicated we could check in earlier but then denied it on arrive (we have arrived 2 hours earlier)
