Beautiful view from our back balcony. Room was spacious and clean. Location was great! Upper level kitchen and open patio overlooking old town was great!
The steps were a bit of a challenge but staff was available to assist.

The location and room were amazing. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The laundry service is so convenient, and the rooftop lounge a great addition. There are a lot of steps, but the hosts assisted.

Be warned, very noisy above a bar and you can hear your neighbours every word. Problem solved with some earplugs

The staff are really nice and helpful, they helped with carrying our luggages when we arrived and when we left which is very important as the flats located in third and fourth floor without left.
We loved the location and the terrace view with the shared kitchen, also the room itself was quiet convenient. 3 min nice walk to the supermarket, restaurants and ice cream on the each corner, 15 mins walkto the Bačvice beach (the only perfect sandy one for kids) and 10 min to the harbor to take a ferry to islands.
Although the location was great, you need to consider the noise at night even if you close both windows especially during the peak season, and missing the left also could be challenging for some families, in our case we had one peace stroller so they let us keep it on the first floor next to the main door( around 20 stairs) which was very good option at the end.

Top notch location within the city walls. Comfortable beds, nice view from our rooms. And the host was very sweet. Showed us the kitchen and taught us how to make complimentary cappuccinos for ourselves in the morning—a lovely extra touch! Nice terrace to enjoy the views and a coffee.

Great place to stay in Split.
Perfect location in the middle of the Old Town.
The staff is amazing and flexible, and they will do anything to make your stay pleasant.
There are quite a lot of stairs to reach the top of the building where the apartments are located - worth every single step. Don’t hesitate, this is the place to stay.

The Bonica Apartments was an excellent choice for our group of friends. We rented four rooms and couldn’t have been happier with the location, the cleanliness and the owner who went above and beyond.
They had a common rooftop kitchen sitting area, which we utilized with having a glass of wine together at the end of our long days.
Yes, there are stairs and lots of them so if you have mobility issues, it may be tough, but otherwise it was perfect for our needs. I highly recommend!

This is a lovely apartment, right in the heart of everything worth seeing in Split. Step outside, turn right, walk a few steps through an idyllic alleyway- and you’re greeted by the most stunning sight in Split: the Peristyle Square of Diocletian’s Palace. A few more steps through the Vestibule, and you’re strolling along the gorgeous Riva promenade. Location-wise, it truly doesn’t get better than this.
The apartment is managed by the kind, dedicated, and impressively organised Stela and Mirko. I never thought I’d experience Asian levels of hospitality in Europe — but this place absolutely delivered!
My only gripe? I didn’t spend enough time there.

The location was excellent. We loved the communal patio and the upper rooftop where we watch the sunset with a glass of wine. It was in the midst of a busy area, but didn’t feel that way. Ivan, the manager, was so helpful with recommendations and attentive. We wish we could’ve stayed longer.

Ante was the perfect host and manager. Lots of good advice, nothing ever too difficult. Common tea and coffee area with kitchen facilities on rooftop terrace was a fab spot to take a break and look around the area from some height. Location was hard to beat - plenty of dining options nearby and very close to the palace.
