Clean room, walking distance to main square
Room 102 was less than 1 metre from reception desk and window/door which led into balcony was directly next to where breakfast service was. There was absolutely no privacy and woken by early risers who went to breakfast at 7am. The room I booked was not the one we stayed in. Staff said it was fully booked but didnt offer a reduction in price or any way of making things good. Location not great. Spend 15 more and you could be within city walls.

Wonderful
Well located near the Old Town in quaint surroundings. The B&B is very nicely done up and has all modern facilities. It is also very clean. The breakfast has a lot of variety. Very helpful staff in all respects.
The public parking is 5-10 mins away. The rooms on the G/F and 1/F have no view and one has to make the effort to take bags up the steps.

Exceptional
This is such a serene, tranquil hideaway. Its a short walk to Split Old Town but it offers like a respite after the heat and the bustle of town. Everything in the rooms is thoughtfully designed to be soft and comfortable, the staff are always helpful and kind (even letting us check in early when we arrived exhausted from a long journey) and the breakfast is delicious.

The staff was nice and helpful. Our room was nice with a balcony. The breakfast was good. The hotel is in a good location, just around 10 minutes from the city and Riva.
Our room was on the first floor and we could hear noises from outside, which bothered us a bit.

Walking distance to old town, rooms were clean and seemed very nice. Great if you do not have a rental car.
I never received any check in information from the property and was not aware it was self check in. When we arrived it was under construction and the front door was locked. The phone number listed on the front door was not working for us but luckily one of the people doing construction was able to help us contact the owner. She verbally gave us check in instructions and we got into the room. It seemed very clean and nice but our room was on the ground floor right outside from where they were doing construction and as we were on our honeymoon we wanted something a little quieter. We had a rental car and the closest parking we could find was about a 10 minute walk away and we had very heavy luggage. The owner messaged me some other parking locations but everything closer to the property was full. We decided to last minute find a different hotel given these concerns and when I tried reaching out to the property she was not very nice about my concerns. Compared to our other great experiences at our other properties, this was disappointing.

Friendly, supportive staff that were very welcoming. The breakfast offered was diverse and made to order. I especially liked the fruit bowl option. The location was about 5 minutes from the palace and harbor. Lots of restaurants to choose from.
Liked everything. It was nice having a close parking space, but nerve racking trying to maneuver in and out (very tight quarters).
