Great location, very clean room, comfy bed, nice bathroom, quiet, everything looks relatively new. Petra was easy to reach when we had questions. There are only 5 rooms in Bajamonti5
There's no elevator as advertised. We had no problem going up to the 5th floor (in the U.S., it's 6th floor). Petra helped my wife carry the little suitcase up. If you have a big suitcase and hate stairs, look somewhere else.

The host is very helpful, shared some information about the history of the city and available, the location of the room, the quality and the views (rooftop + bedroom)
There's no lift however the host helps dor the lugage, not a big issue tbh.

Location. Quiet. Clean. Breakfast voucher was excellent.
4flights of stairs to drag suitcases. It was doable but hard work after traveling 24hrs and at 100am in morning.

The room was very clean, a large shower room and the terrace was amazing.
There is no lift so it's a very long climb to the 5th floor with a heavy case.

Rooftop terrace
This is 5 rooms on the 4th floor but actually 90 steps to reception and 110 to rooftop. There is Boone to help with luggage up these stairs no elevator but it needs to indicate the stairs as an issue. There were mostly older couples and some people cannot climb those stairs because of health reasons

It was the best location there is! Petra, the manager, is great and the rooms were excelent.
There was no elevator in the building and the rooms where on the 6. floor. We got great exercise walking the stairs ?

Property was conveniently located central in split and so close to everything. The apartment was clean and secure. Petra was so helpful and allowed me to drop off my bag early (as I had a boat tour booked) and placed it in my room for when I was ready to return.
