We knew this hotel is two different buildings and since it was a short stay, we decided to stay in the Annex building. The bfast area, pool, spa is shared, so these were great. The bfast was amazing. It included so many options, so kind of taste. The pool is small, but it helps to cool off specially in intense summer days in Split. We didn't try the sauna, but it like a good option. Another thing to comment, is that all hotel areas, including the room, was very clean. Parking lot is a great option this hotel offers.
The room was not was we expected considering the price. Please note we also visited Vienna the week before booking a hotel for a similar price and there's not even a close comparison. We booked a room in the Annex building. Not sure if the other area is better. We checked the reviews and pictures before booking, but the room we got was not necessarily as showed. The room didn't have any view at all, but just a wall. We asked to upgrade, but they said they were fully booked. Let's say the view is not that important, but the room had a very limited light. Small lamps in each of the two night stands next to the bed, one light in the wall in front of the bed and the bathroom only has the light on the top of the sink mirror, and the shower area doesn't have any light. I don't like this because it gives the room like a depressing vibe besides of course, it's hard to see. The location is walking distance from the old town, but unfortunately the area around the hotel is not necessarily nice, nor the view if you are at the pool. Another thing to point, is that we could hear very well the next room tv watching Netflix. Good thing the next door guests were turning off the TV early, because if not, no way we could sleep quietly.

The staff at this hotel is exceptionally friendly and do everything they can to accommodate their guests' wishes, including those that are out of their job description (eg. helping you buy a theatre ticket or similar). Same applies to receptionists, kitchen and bar staff, maids & cleaners. They all deserve 10/10!
The bath tubs don't have plugs (in order to prevent flooding) that was a bit disappointing.

Great facilities, gym, roof top pool and sun loungers. Reception staff really helpful and friendly. It’s about a 15-20 minute walk to the old town, very easy to locate.

Good value hotel central to everything in Split. About a ten minute walk to the cruise port and attractions.
Five minute walk to central bus area for connections to area attractions. The breakfast was very nice with lots of options.

Lovely comfy room with great natural light. Really good buffet breakfast.
Uneven joined twin beds (joined twin beds do not make a double!) and very small shower cubicle. No lift in the annex but it's only one floor up.
