i did not like the property at well, Host was very rude and was not helpful at all. room did not have warm water though it was mentioned in the facilities. The room was filled with bees. Room looked nothing like photos

Wonderful helpful staff. Arrived late due to flight delay from Dublin at 2.00am. Fortunately was able to contact staff and get him out of bed. He was very helpful as was the attractive lady when I checked out at 8.20am. Room spotless and shower had hot water with excellent pressure. The lady even showed me a shortcut to the ferry.

We stayed just one night. The apartment was comfortable, but a bit difficult to find, as it is located on a dead-end street. Some clearer directions or a small sign would have helped.

The location is ideal for the train station which is a 10 min walk round the corner
The room was clean and tidy.
The small lights either side of the bed did not work.
The hairdryer did not work
You can't hang the shower head was on the wall so you had to hold whilst showering.

WiFi didn’t work in my room.
The owner was incredibly rude to me.
I had no idea I was on the top floor w at least three flights of stairs. He didn’t like my asking help w my luggage. He refused to answer questions about luggage storage the next morning and yelled at the housekeeper and me when I asked for help calling for a cab.
I have never been treated like that in a hotel before, especially as a guest in a foreign country. While the property was ok, except for the WiFi , I would never stay there again or recommend it. Such behavior should not be rewarded.

We were able to check in early as we arrived via the overnight ferry from Ancona. Beds we're comfortable. Very close to the harbor and plenty of good restaurants. Also close was the supermarket and Farmers Market with fresh fruits and vegetables. Was nice to have a refrigerator to keep drinks cold.
Parking is available but since it is one of the few free parking areas it can be challenging to get a space.

The owner of the apartment was exceptionally hospitable. The location is very good, close to the port and the city centre. The bed was very comfortable, it is good for a short stay.
The air-conditioning wasn't working and bedroom was rather small.

No Enough place for luggage. It was triple room and I was by myself so I was able to organize myself.

Location was excellent but little hidden. We were driving the car and took us some time to find the property since the road name post was not there! One of the staff girl was nice enough to move her car so that we can park the car! Since very difficult to find one!
We were on third floor and no elevator! Toilet kits of very very poor quality! Not enough light in the room. Very small room ! Bathroom is so small that a six foot tall cannot take shower comfortably!
