We stayed in the smaller room apartment, pleasant outside shared patio area, plenty of supermarkets and shops nearby, nice easy 10min walk to old town. Accommodation was ok for what we needed it for, €100 per night, a comfy bed, and clean towels, we didn't cook, so we can't comment on the cooking facilities.
Noisey neighbours through the wall in next door room. There is no iron in the room. We had to ask the owner to borrow their's even though it states iron under facilities in the room.

Zoran and his wife were helpful and friendly. The apartment was clean and tidy. The air conditioning worked well. A big plus is the private terrace, where it was nice to enjoy morning coffee and wine in the evening.

Nice, clean apartmant in the center of Split. Beautiful terrace.
The owner was a bit intruding and rude. He wanted to lift the cost of us living there and came intruding and checking on us in our time of staying there.

Clean and Comfortable, absolutely minimal equipment and amenities, do not expect any tea bags or coffee, and bring your own soap.
The apartment's location did not match its advertised central Split location. We found that there were no nearby shops or restaurants. As a result, my 5-year-old daughter and I had to walk for 20 minutes to reach the city center, and we had to make this trip 2-3 times a day, especially for her afternoon rest. This meant we were spending over 2 hours walking each day. After just three nights, we made the decision to change apartments due to the location issue. Unfortunately, the owner insisted on charging us the full amount, even though we left early. Consequently, we ended up paying more than our stay was worth, but we relocated to a new apartment in the actual city center.

such a beautiful little property! Zoran and his wife were so lovely and accomodating, they made me feel at home. They welcomed me and showed me how to use the facilities. I would 100% recommend staying here, it’s a great location and great value for money! Very happy with my stay. I will definitely be coming back!

It was beautiful, spacious, quiet, clean. Zoran was a kind host and takes great pride in his property. It was a lot larger in person than I thought it was going to be. It is nice and central while having the pleasure of peace and quiet. Everything was well equipped and I’d recommend it to anyone. I’d definitely stay again.
