Great location and large clean room.
The main entrance. Yikes someone needs to take the initiative to clean it up. Fix the broken glass and do something with the garbage. It feels like we entered the ghetto.

Our stay in Split was amazing because of this room. It is neat and clean and the owner was very helpful during our entire stay. It is a walking distance to old town and the beach, where we can just come back anytime. Many good restaurants are close by as well.

Its location is perfect, pretty close to the promenade, old town and a lot of nice restaurants.
In the pictures it looked as if I was renting the home apartment and you only get a room. It is OK but we expected to have the spaces we saw in the images.

Location perfect! Six flight flights up with luggage and even without luggage difficult for travelers in their 60s. Bathroom had different levels for sink and toilet. My friend fell and hurt her back. Owner was helpful and arranged Taxi driver and help with luggage.

The location of the apartment is seafront with a beautiful view of the marina and Split old town, very close to city center. The rooms and the bathroom are spacious and clean. The sofa was not so comfortable, but for a short stay it was ok.
They didn't provide a coffee machine in the room. We were lucky to have the room on the first floor, having in mind there is no elevator.

Great location with access to everything you want to do in split as a tourist
There are periods when a bad odor will spread through the apartment. We were told due to sulphur steams below the ground. But it was not fun.

Great location, close to everything, and beautiful views from the balcony.
There’s a club in the building next door and it’s a bit noisy. Not too noisy but you hear it.

We had a great stay! The location is fantastic—right in the heart of everything with restaurants, markets, transportation, and the water just steps from the door. The apartment was clean, modern, and easy to find, which made arriving stress-free. The view was lovely, and we really appreciated the local restaurant recommendations provided. Communication with the host was smooth and quick throughout our stay. A great spot if you want to be in the middle of all the action
While the apartment has a lot going for it, there were a few drawbacks. The hot water in the shower didn’t last more than one shower, which was a bit frustrating for a group. The pull-out couch bed wasn’t very comfortable, though the main bed in the bedroom was fine. At night, especially in peak summer months, it got quite loud with groups of drunk people hanging out across the street until 6am, so it might not be ideal for light sleepers

Loved the location and loved the rooms cleanliness. Zoran met us at 8:30 at night to let us in and it was so helpful. Missed our alarm the next morning and we’re awakened by the maids who helped us out by caring our bags down long stairs and didn’t seem to be bothered. We did hurry though.?
It was up for flights of stairs that were very steep and no elevator?

Location couldn’t be beat as just outside the palace walls. Tons of restaurants and shops. Our family of 16 occupied several apts and it worked out great for us.
