The apartment was in a quiet street within easy walking distance of Old Town Split and of three beaches. We felt very safe. The views were fantastic from the large terrace. We could see the sea and the mountains. The host was very friendly and accommodating. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed and more . The decor was quirky. It was super clean. The master bedroom was large and the bed was extremely comfortable .
There was nothing we didnt like.

Ivan is the best! Welcoming and helpful at every hour of the day. His place is coat, with a well equipped little kitchen, a wonderful balcony and super comfortable beds.
The apartment is 15 min. walk from the city center and 5 min. from a sandy beach.

Brilliant location, well appointed and scrupulously clean apartment with wonderful hosts. The covered terrace was a wonderful addition to our evenings. Definitely worth a visit!

Where do I even start with this reviewFirstly, Ivan & his family are super hosts - got the room ready for an early check in, which was much appreciated, offered to drive us places and had the apartment well stocked with towels, toilet rolls etc. On that note, the apartment couldnt have anymore in it, the kitchen has every single thing you could possibly need, even sandwich bags which was handy for trip days. The apartment itself is a lovely size, beautiful terrace with sea views and at such a great price. Nice to have English channels on the TV also as we had some dodgy weather (boyfriend was also able to watch the football, which was a big bonus), but this apartment is like home anyway so we were very comfy on those days. Beds are a great size with huge pillows. Lots of towels too. We couldnt have asked for more, would highly recommend and will return. The location is also great, 10 minute walk to Bacvice and 15 to Old Town. Spar Supermarket few minutes away also. A few lovely restaurants within a 5 minute walk too, would recommend Movi Pizzeria. Unbelievable value for money at this apartment! Thanks so much Ivan.

Nice location, we could reach the old town by foot in 15 minutes. Nice terrace and nice view.
Some items needed some cleaning, for example the black hairdryer was very dusty, as well as the coffee pot.

Host is very kind and welcoming. Apartment is big and with a big terrace sea view. Was alla very clean.
Few meters from one of the beach. Private Parking is in front of the structure, with roof to protect the car. Neighborhood is very quite and pleasant.

The apartment has big bedrooms and a beautiful terrace to eat outside. The kitchen is fully stocked to prepare meals. Our host Ivan was so kind and friendly. There is parking at the apartment and a locked gate for added safety. The neighbourhood is beautiful !
