The apartment was very comfortable and clean. Very close to a supermarket and the tourist sector, within walking distance.
The hostess was very attentive and concerned.
I had a very good stay.
I would definitely go back.

The room was really comfortable and proprietor had ensured that all amenities were available. Communication about access was prompt, and my hostess was very friendly and helpful.

These rooms on first appearance were a bit "ummm what have we done" but once you get inside, the rooms are large and clean with a decent shower.
Breakfast is served in your room in a tray. It's a sandwich/roll, a pastry, some cereal, a piece of fruit and some yoghurt. Drinks of tea or coffee and fruit juice.
Location wise this is a 15 min walk down to the main old town /harbour area.
Nice little bar just across the main road and a takeaway cevapi shop down the road behind that. Perfect

Location is excellent for the price. Booked at very short notice due to not wanting to drive back to Dubrovnik. Could park for free outside but also only took about 15 to walk to old town.
Even brought code in the morning.
Instructions for check in were very clear

Very Good
Breakfast served in room. All good and housekeeper very helpful.
Initial signing . Getting code, as arrived later. Also keysafe very high. Luckily I am tall, but for a shorter person could be an issue
All OK otherwise.

Pleasant, clean room.
It was all fine - nothing particularly special. The walk to and from the harbour was ok, but it should be understood that it is around 15 minutes walk up/down a hill.

Location in the city centre, owner deliveres continental breakfast in the room, communication with owner Mirela is very good
Very bad sleep (or no sleep at all): it's a big apartment (cca 80 m2) converted in 4 rooms/studio apt. Noise from other rooms and guests who come and go all night is awfull. No duvet, very bad and wornout pillow

clean and quiet room, good and comfortable bed, friendly welcome at check-in, bathroom OK
The room (first room on the left) was very small. It was mentioned as being 22m² on booking.com but it was in reality much smaller leading to practical problems (difficulty to open the suitcase). We were disappointed with the room size and happy to only stay 1 night.
