Around 20min from Old Town, Supermarkets really close, it's a residential and quiet area. Very safe, excellent mattress, kitchen, air con... And the host Ante was fantastic!!! He kept my luggage at the end of the day because my flight was very late.
Nothing really, it can be quite noisy during the week becuase upstairs there is a walk-in clinic. So you hear noise pretty much all day from 7am (but not at night). Not the host fault though. Would definitely recommend

We liked everything. It was spacious, clean and beds very comfortable. Very good for the price paid. The mother of the host was very nice and friendly. Asked on a regular base if we need something.

Lot of towels, really a lot of them and extra sun cream. We needed both as we were travelling with carry on backpack.
Sun cream was very useful- it is safe to use it. Nice surprise that we did not have to buy it there in Split. Ante provided a map and flyers, lot of them and gave us hints about where to go. Ante, the host was answering on whatsapp immediately (Great Contact) and we felt good and safe there in our Space (room and kitchen-both equipped). I recommend the place and I will be back there

Ante was a great host, super friendly, and helpful.
I spent my birthday in the accommodation and Ante made sure to leave me a small present.
Washing machine available with no extra cost.
The apartment is very close to a nice supermarket and a walk distance (20/30 min) from the old town.

Located in a peaceful neighborhood.
Near to grocery stores, restos and cafe.
Spacious room and the aircon works ?.
Nice hospitality from Ante and from his mother.
Ante also assist us in booking for a taxi for an early ride back to the airport.
Not much.
The distance from the old town to the apartment, i consider it as an exercise after eating and drinking ??.

The owner is very hospitable and nice person
My bus arrived late night, so he left a key in a secret place and sent me a video how can I reach the apartment, that was super helpful and awesome from his side. The apartment was big, I had bedroom and kitchen where you can find everything to cook (it was even 2 types of oil and spices). The location is great, it's 20 min by walking down to the old town and 10 min by bus. Also, it was quite area, so I slept very well. And wi-fi was very good and fast.

my husband and I loved this place! very clean, calm… the apartment has everything that you need. there is supermarket very near, and 20 minutes to old town, but the way is easy… we loved the Croatia ❤️

Check-in; the host was very careful! We contact each other using WhatsApp and everything was easy.
Payment by cash; cold water to take a shower; stove took a long time to heat up; no windows in our room; wi-fi did not work properly; distance (20-25 minutes walking to the old town, bus station, and so on).

quiet and comfortable with a very friendly owner, and very inexpensive, good value for money
some facilities were broken, like the shower (useable but inconvenient). It was also not super clean and utensils etc had seen better days

they don’t accept card . cash only. I spent all my holiday getting stressed from staff because I didn’t have cash with me . they only accept Kuna or euros. which I think it’s stupid
