Excellent location. Very good Wi-Fi. Kitchen with dining table. Living room.
A bit difficult to find when just arrived. Thanks to the warm help of a nice lady passing by. Be prepared for carrying luggage up (and down) lots of stairs, in the town, in the building. The electric outlets in the apartment is not all working. The washing machine needs some cleaning.

Beautiful, clean, updated accommodation with comfortable beds. Clean bathroom. Washing machine. There was detergent available. Lots of windows.
Didn't realize it was cash only and had to scramble for money. 1 flight of stairs outside and 2 more flights inside. I wish the washing machine had instructions but we figured it out. Not enough got water for a whole shower, I had to wet my hair, turn off the water to shampoo, turn it on to rinse, turn it off to soap myself and turn it in to rinse and I was the 1st shower out of 4 of us. I think the hot water was my only real issue.

It's right next to the Palace of Diocletian, just a 1-minute walk away. That's great! The landlord is very friendly, the room is very comfortable and quiet, it is my favorite travel destination! There are many restaurants and ice cream shops around!

Superb location!! Best in Split in my opinion!!
So (so!) hard to find! Especially for the wary traveler, schlepping baggage all over the palace/up and down stairs in confusion.

Wonderful
The apartment was great, 2 bedrooms with kitchen and living room. Location was ideal for wondering around Split.
We found it extremely hard to find the apartment. There were few if any street signs to help. After many attempts the owner met us at one of the statues and led us there. Once we knew where to go it was easy to find our way.

Lovely to be right in the centre of the old town, double bed was huge and comfy. Very clean. Flexible owners accommodated our early arrival.
It was smaller than we expected and the other beds were not as comfy. It took a while to get the keys despite agreeing an arrival time, only about half an hour though so a small problem.

It’s right in the middle of the old town, close to train/bus/ferry station and a big local market. It was also very clean.
It’s in a very old building with lots of stairs, so it’s better for light travelers who don’t have suitcases. The sound proofing in the building isn’t great - we could hear our neighbors upstairs walking the whole night and couldn’t really fall asleep. The ac in one of the bedrooms was leaking on the bed so we had to switch it off and back on, because without it, it was too hot.A trash bin and kitchen towels would also be great to have.

Amazing location
The check-in process. Literally impossible to find with Google maps (so many steps/side alleys) and then when we finally met with the host we were only then told we needed to pay in cash so we then had to march to a cash point. Prior notification and a map to apartment would have easily solved this.

Very accommodating! Let us store our luggage Early . Cleaning staff helped us with luggage. Beautiful place. Highly recommend! Met us within 20 minutes with our keys. Everything was perfect.
You are in Caesar’s palace. That’s cool. But a few stairs to climb. With team work it’s sooo worth it
