Spacious and spotlessly clean. The hosts are wonderful, just so friendly and so willing to help. there is ample room in the apartment and it is stocked with everything you would need. One and a half bathrooms makes it perfect in case someone is using the main bathroom. The bedrooms are lovely with the shuttered windows and the beds are very comfortable. Antonia provides bedding towels, everything you will need. This is well managed by very attentive hosts. The mother is on site in a different unit at the building so anything can be taken care of immediately.
if youre busy sightseeing during the day, this will not be an issue The only negative is that during business hours there is a gun range close by and you can hear every shot fired.

Pleasant
The host was SO nice and welcoming. She often brought us cake and spirits and also offered a night longer for no additional costs. Special thanks here! The apartment was very clean, modern and all amenities you need are available.
Sadly, there was a lot that we didnt like about the apartment. First of all the location is horrible. Right next door is a shooting range, therefore especially early in the morning it is extremely loud. On top there is also a school directly nearby which is contributing to the noise. Even in the night it was hard to sleep because the apartment is located at the Main Street, so you can hear all cars, dogs and even motor races very loudly. Sadly theres almost no sea view as you can see on the pictures. The sea is not close, walking distance is about 10min. In addition the WC stinks a lot, because of the badly constructed drain pipes and its a pity that theres no shower in the apartment, especially because its rated 4 stars. Also, the TV was not working from time to time, so that was very annoying for us. All in all we very liked the hospitality, but we wouldnt stay there again since the value for money isnt as we expected after we read all the good reviews and thought it is a 4 star apartment. We even thought about changing the location but it was too much effort. Also its difficult to discuss this with the hosts because of language barriers.

Wonderful
The location was surprisingly wonderful. I say "surprisingly" because the way Google maps directed us, (and at night) I thought we were in an industrial area
This is not a room with a view, but you can see a slice of the sea (not a priority for us), and the local area is adorable and the drive into the Palace and Port area was only 10 minutes.
The beds were very comfortable. Bonus points: A drip coffee pot and coffee were provided.

The apartment was really clean and comfortable with all that was needed. It was spacious and cosy at the same time. The host family were super kind and accommodating too, which added to the positive experience. The location is great if you want to live somewhere quieter, smaller but still have easy access to Split. There is a bus if needed and Uber was affordable and available too. Would definitely book again for another stay

It is a brand new apartment, newly furnished. Very nice and modern, spacious with perfect beds, fully equiped kitchen, wifi, each room has own balcony, large bathroom, parking few metres from entrance.... Our hosts were very friendly, we got several bottles of their own wine, tomatoes...
