Everything was wonderful! The hostess was very helpful, showed and explained everything. The apartment has everything you might need: kitchen with household appliances, bathroom with shower and washing machine, iron, TV. The apartment stands out for its cleanliness, the hostess really made an effort! The apartment is very close to the old town, just a few minutes walk. Also, there are several shopping centers nearby. Parking is also available.

Extremly nice host, fully equiped flat, kitchen assets,coffee and tea available, focus on details, very clean.
We spent only one nigjt, but can easily imagine to spend in Siesta much more

Amazing place! Best host we've had in Croatia. When we arrived, she sat with us and explained everything - how to go to the center, beaches, and how to best visit the closest islands. The apartment felt just like home, everything we needed was there, washing machine and detergent, 4 burner induction stove (and this was the first place with multiple frying pans, yay!), oil and spices for cooking, and coffee capsules. The host even bought us a huge box of ice cream and pudding as a welcome gift! The location is nice if you travel by car since it is relatively easy to find a (free) parking spot around the apartments unlike in most of the Adriatic coastline of Croatia. Bavice beach and the old town are 15-minute walk from the apartment, huge grocery store is about 5 minutes walk.

Very nice and helpful host. She welcomed us, showed us everything, had even prepared snacks for breakfast, told us the best places for lunch and helped us with public transport routes during our stay. The apartment itself is very clean and cozy. Everything is available to cook a meal, wash clothes and make you feel at home. Good location, away from the hustle and bustle of the center and close to public transport stops. A grocery store is one minute away, and a market is also nearby. Very good air conditioner, it worked quietly and did not disturb sleep. Definitely recommend, you won't regret it!

This was the greatest location we ever stayed in, even better than a lot of hotels! Everything was wonderful, we had all the facilities described on the website, the apartment was very clean, comfortable and well-equipped. The host, Maja, is such a nice, communicative and helpful person, she explains all you need to know! The surroundings are very safe to walk at night. There are also shops and a bus station nearby. 15-20 minutes walk to the old centre. The kitchen is great for taking your breakfast and coffee. The air conditioning works very well.

The apartment is very nicely decorated. It was spacious, comfortable and well equipped.
The host is very friendly and despite our late arrival greeted us with a smile and even saved us a parking spot in front of the building.
Old town can be reached by bus or a 20min walk.
There is a bakery and a nice coffee place close by.

The host Maja is wonderful Our plane was delayed for 1 hour and we were arriving at night. Despite this she met us and made a late check-in.
The communication was very good all the time.
The apartment was very clean. There was everything we needed at time of our arrival.
The air conditioning is fine. The bed was comfortable and quite big.

The apartment was very nice and renovated, we had everything we could wish for. Free parking in front of the building and easy self check-in and check-out. Location was close enough but far from the noisy city night life.
First night someone in the building was banging something really loud for a while around 3-4am, it was a little scary. Plus you hear all the neighbours meeting and chatting in the hallway around 6-7am.

Maja was so so helpful and caring for us. We unfortunately lost both of our wallets and heaps of our belongings the night before and we were supposed to head to Hvar but had to stay in Split to see what we could do (so this was a last minute booking). We were so stressed out but Maja was so welcoming and kind to us, I couldnt have asked for a more helpful host. The apartment was incredibly clean and very well located, I would stay again any time :)

The apartment owner Maja is friendly and always ready to help.
The apartment is a 20-minute walk from the city center and the same distance to the sand beach Bavice.
We parked our car right in front of the building, without paying.

We are delighted with the beauty of the city of Split and the accommodation in the apartment.
Modern kitchen is equipped with a large fridge, stove, oven, kettle and Dolce Gusto coffee machine with available coffee and many types of tea..
Friendly owner Maja made us coffee and helped turn on the washing machine. She welcomed us like we are her own familly. She is really kind.
Bathroom is equipped with shampoo, hair dryer and iron. Lots of towels areavailable.
Large and comfortable bedroom with quiet air conditioning, large bed, a sofa and a large TV with many channels.
Iron for clothes and many sockets.
Very clean and fragrant.
The biggest advantage is free and available parking in front of the building.
We definitely recommend it!!!!

The property was clean, comfortable and well laid out. The kitchen was modern, roomy and well stocked for cooking. the living room/bedroom had comfortable bed and loveseat with a big wardrobe, big TV and plenty of outlets. Maja is a lovely person who cares about what you need during your stay. She came back especially to show me how to use the washing machine.
