Excellent location! Just 5 minutes walk from the old town/shops/restaurants and bars, and 3 minutes to Becvice beach. The apartment is quite large and comfortable, very clean, and equipped with everything that you need and more. Outstanding, very friendly, and accommodating host! She helped secure a parking place for our car and provided all additional info about our stay, the city, and the apartment. I 100% recommend staying here!

Sandra was very welcoming, providing all necessary informations. The location is is very good, just 5 minutes to the Riva, Diocleatians palace, and many more, which you shouls discover yourself, be it the many nice old streets, or the Park Forest Marjan or ... :)

Hospitality of the host, tnx Sandra! Proximity of the city center, easy access to the shopping malls, restaurants, etc. Apartment is really Spacious and comfortable. It has everything you need for the shorter or longer vacation. Definitely we are coming back.

Great stay. Clean apartment with fresh sheets. Comfortable AC, good bathroom and sufficient cooking equipment. And of course the location, right next to the city center.
On a quite busy street (downside of being so close to the center) and check in/out procedure wasnt perfectly smooth.

The lovely riva is 5 min walk.
The apartment provided car parking.
Small kitchen but plenty of utensils.

The location was great, only a few minutes from the old town, the port, a supermarket and the beach. Sandra was a very accommodating host and happy to answer any questions I had. The apartment was easy to find and facilities were great.
Wouldve been ideal if you could pay using a credit card, but this was not a massive issue.

Location is great, and despite being on main road the double glazing keeps most of the noise out.
Safe area, with a few mini supermarkets and fast food outlets.
Comfortable beds, air con worked well
Great communication from Sandra
Slightly dated in kitchen and bathroom and showing signs of wear e.g freezer door, toilet seat and shower door.
Lacked a few basic things - e.g toaster, scissors.
Downstairs front door to building was mostly left open, but when we found it shut we couldn't get in with key supplied so reverted to walking round to back door to building which was always propped open.
TV doesn't have Netflix or other apps to login to whilst you are there.
Payment required by either international bank transfer or cash outside of Booking.com platform Would prefer credit card for convenience.
