The apartment was gorgeous, location was perfect. Close enough to town to walk in but far enough away that it was nice and quiet.
The aircon was excellent. Can't fault it.
A comfier bed in the small bedroom maybe but it was fine.

Very welcoming host who was accommodating. Ideal location for the beach and Old Town in a quiet neighbourhood. Spacious, comfortable bedrooms. Good cooking facilities, dishwasher and washing machine. We enjoyed our stay.

Loved the apartament and the location (less than 10 min walk to city centre and the beach, bus stop next to the building). Spacious, all necessary amenities were available.

Loved the apartment. It had everything we needed. The host was awesome. We were able to add an additional night.
Parking was hard at first, but was able to find a spot across the street.

We had a very enjoyable stay, Luciana and her mom met us on arrival and were very nice and helpful, thanks a lot! The flat had all we needed including a very-welcomed AC and turbo strong water pressure in the shower :)

The apartment met all our expectation, it had everything we needed. Location was very good, 5-10 minutes walk to the center.
If you come with car, you must have a lot of patience to find a parking place. It is not the fault of the owner, but Split is chaotic with the trafic and the parking places. One evening we searched for more than half an hour a free parking place. Also, parking is quite dangerous, as the roads are very narrow, there is a high risk to have your car scratched. Also, we had a strange feeling when we were there, as the apartment is situated in a private building with a private garden, where also some locals are living. We felt some glares from the neighbours, as if we invaded their space.

The apartment is situated UNDERGROUND - and this is not mentioned in the description. The only thing you can see on the windows is people's shoes. An apartment like this should not be used for rent!
There is no room to eat, the chairs are scratched, the toilet is dirty. There is nothing "Deluxe" in this apartment. Never been so disappointed with an accommodation!
