We rented two apartments, one for my elderly parents, and one for my family. It was nice for us to have our own separate spaces with our own kitchens, but also be close to each other. Both apartments were clean and very roomy. Lidija and her daughter are lovely hosts and are available for any issues or questions you might have. I especially enjoyed the location. Stobrec is a bit farther out from the center of Split, but the beach there is nicer than the beaches in Split, especially if you have kids, because there aren't large rocks or crazy waves. We would go into Split in the morning to see the sights, and then come back to Stobrec in the afternoon to relax and cool off at the beach. There is a pizza place one block from the apartment which had the best food of our entire European vacation.
There was nothing I didn't like. Hvala lijepa, Lidija!

We liked the hole apartment, it's surroundings and environment. It was really clean and comfy and the kitchen is well equiped, so we had all that we needed. Apartment is near the beach and the environment is really peaceful. The host is really kind and amicable, and was there for everything that we needed.

This was a large appartment with everything you would need for a very comfortable stay. We wish we had a longer stay.
We loved everything. Location seemed a fair way out of town but there is a beautiful portside village just a short walk over the hill

Wonderful
Lidija met us for check in. Fabulous unit, had everything you need for a short or long stay. The location was excellent, near grocery shop and restaurants. Short walk to the waterfront.
I highly recommend it.
Nothing not to like. It was perfect.

It is a quiet place with all that you need after a long day in overcrowded Split. Big apartments, clean and safe. You will have the relief and relaxing sleep. Sweet home atmosphere, friendly owner, and her daughter will leave you with the great sensation of home far away from the place you escape to have some rest. My kid is really like a big screen TV, good quality internet and comfortable bed.
A little bit outdated, old furniture and kitchen stuff, one of the balcony doors is not working properly. The electrical part of the cooking plate is not working (actually turns all electricity off if you try to turn it on).
