Great location. Very friendly host. Well equiped.
Comfortable bed
If you don't mind not getting any sleep then stay here. The restaurants outside the windows and across the street are noisy, as expected but it seems that when they close for the night, loud inebriated people wandering up and down the street until 5 am both mornings take over. People sit at the nearby picnic tables and party all night.. Double glass windows don't block out the noise of people partying, yelling and talking.
It's quite strange that this has not been mentioned in any review before...so very disappointing for us

Disappointing
The process before checking in was complicated. They send you a voucher and you have to contact another host. The host wasn't helpful. The property is listed as having parking and it doesn't . I asked several times before the arrival date about the parking situation and they said it was possible to park on the street without a problem. We arrived late at night and all the streets around were full. Asked the host again and got no answer. We drove around for 20 minutes and finally found a parking spot on a street quite far away, went to have dinner and when we came back my car was gone. It was towed away. Apparently it is very common in Split and they target foreign cars. Everybody told us that it was very common to have your war towed away having german plates... everybody except the host. I tried to contact them for help but they did not replied until the next morning.

It’s very cute apartment. The location is perfect, very close to the old town. The host is very nice. We love our stay!

Very Good
Very helpful and welcoming host. Short walk to Unesco historical old quarter and tourist area. Also a short walk to Split ferry terminal, bus and train station. Great value for money.

I liked how close it was to the ferries.
We did t have anything to eat with. Forks, spoons, etc.
