Wonderful
Location is amazing for seeing old town of Split, you can basically walk everywhere by foot. We had all the basic equipment that was needed for us. We were able to pay for our stay in 2 currencies (euros & dollars), as we had to spend some euros for our transport (many places accept only cash).
When we arrived to the place, no one was there to open the door for us. It was raining really hard, but luckily there was open gate and roof. Host messaged us on Booking 2h before check-in to call them and inform about time, but I haven't seen this message as we've just arrived to airport and were busy commuting. I called the host and they arrived about 10-15 min after call, so we didn't have to wait long, I thought I would just mention this for others. One of the beds was also pretty tiny, but still comfortable.

Apartment is at super location - you can reach the old town and beach by foot in only 10 minutes. Nearby was an excellent bar - Dalmatian, where yo can buy coffee, then you can pick up traditional Croatian pastries at Pekarnia at the street market. The host was very kindly, we had everything we needed in the apartment. Thank you very much for allowing us to stay with pets.
Everything was just perfect.

Exceptional
It was the best accommodation I have stayed in Split so far! It takes exactly three minutes to get to the old town and yet it is not noisy. Everything was super clean and Marija is a perfect host. My expectations were exceeded and I will definitely come back.

Exceptional
Simplicity, location, cleanliness, very well stocked with all neccessities i.e. toilet paper, liquid hand and shower soap, towels, and kitchen equipment. Helpful, friendly and unobtrusive host! :)
Perhaps natural light was difficult to work the sun shutters. But not really an issue as we were out mostly all day every day...
