The location is 10 minutes from the Old town on foot! There is free parking around the block. The small inner yard is nice, there's a barbecue. The kitchen is well equipped. The big bed is very comfortable! The best of all is the host, Ante, very polite and ready to provide useful information and directions! Thank you!

Lovely apartment in a great location, just a short walk to the city center. There’s a big shopping center nearby as well for food and groceries. Host is super friendly, gave us great tips on how to enjoy the city. Apartment was cozy and very clean with all that is needed.

It was a very nice property with all the equipment you need, the owner was very nice since the moment we arrived. The location was 10-12 min walking from old town so perfect.

Location with parking, but very close to downtown. Design of the apartment is very original, I loved the bed. The garden is also nice. The owner very helpful and kind, I will come back!

The host was very helpful to guide us for parking (this could be tricky), places to visit, advices and warnings about the weather in the sea etc. It helped us a lot to plan our itinerary and we were pleased with our stay in Split.
It is on the main street which has its advantages as well as disadvantages especially if one is looking for peaceful long stay. The apartment is a duplex with the main bed on the mezzanine floor. But, there is nothing much to dislike about the overall experience.

Out host was so welcoming, kind and helpful!
Gave us handy info, and was available at any time should we have needed him.
Location is great!
Near a shopping Centre, near a busstop and a short distance from the Harbour.
Bonus to have a bakery right next door.

Everything was excellent! The kitchen is equipped very well and the hosts are very kind and helpful. Parking is free and safe. Recommendations and hope we will come back soon.
Also, the garden is really nice and we enjoyed our time in it.

Everything, it fitted our needs perfectly with a great backyard in a great location. Very comfortable and felt safe. The host was more than helpful giving us advice on the best places to go and how to get there. He even provided maps to make it easier.
