The apartment has a beautiful view on the sea. The host is very helpful and making sure that we can get everything we need. The rooms were very clean and comfortable with well equipped kitchen.
The place is located close to the beaches: 5 min walk to the rocky one and about 15 min to sandy. Small supermarket right next door and Lidl just across the street.

Friendly host, clean house, good location and easy access to the old city(5~10mins by Uber), many restaurants and big mart nearby

although the building is old and dilapidated outside, the apartment inside is roomy and comfortable. The building is across the parking lot from the medical school which is where my conference was. Uber rides into town cost 4 and take 5 minutes. The bed is large and comfortable and the view from bed is beautiful of the sea! A great bonus is there is no noise at night ( the city center is very rowdy)
I would appreciate a coffee maker and toaster. The neighborhood was a bit deserted and a little scary alone at night, although there were no incidents and its a residential neighborhood.

This is the best place we have stayed in Croatia in the last three years. The flat is kept spotlessly clean and tidy and has everything you could possibly need during your holiday in Split. The views from the balcony are phenomenal over the bay and mountains! It is a delight to wake up to sunrise on the balcony with a cup of coffee!
The location is lovely and quiet and the Old Town in Split is about a 25 minute walk. Hypermarkets, coffee shops, restaurants, ATMs nearby.
My highest recommendation to all travellers and huge thanks to Anastasia for her hospitality.

The apartment had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, the sheets and blankets were clean and fresh. There was air conditioning in both the livingroom and the bedroom and the television had multiple channels and movie options (which were wonderful on the rainy mornings when the day would start a little later). The apartment had a functional washing machine allowing us to do laundry after a week of traveling and the host was kind enough to leave us detergent and fabric softener along with enough toilet paper, shower gel and any other comforts we needed. The apartment had the most stunning views. It was wonderful waking up to the views of the ocean and it was one of our favorite things. Anastasia is a wonderful host. She gave us recommendations to some really great restaurants and was always so swift with her responses. Her apartment was so clean and inviting and I really felt like I had a home away from home. There is a pharmacy, bakery, grocery store, and restaurants within a few short minutes walk from the apartment and the beach is a short and cheap taxi ride away if you prefer not to walk. There was beach towels (this was an absolute lifesaver for people with limited packing space and not wanting to spend on towels) and an entire closet with extra towels, blankets and sheets should you travel with multiple people or kids. The shower had good water pressure as well. The apartment had great value for money and I would definitely stay here again. Were already planning on it.

The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed. we fit five adults and teens without a problem. Everything was neat, clean, and in good condition. The building, parking, elevator are a typical Croatian experience. Beautiful view off the balcony. The owners were wonderful, great communication, met us with a late arrival, and checked in via message to make sure we had everything we needed. Id definitely stay here again.
