The host meet us to hand over the keys and showed us around. The apart was superb. Modern, clean, fresh and comfy. The bathrooms were lovely and the heated towel rail was an added bonus. We used the washing machine and clothes line, no issues with that. The location was perfect just a 15mins walk in to town. It was our dream stay. The beds were super comfy

Impeccable apartment with great facilities. Would recommend staying here ! 10 mins walk to the beach and similar to the old town.

The apartment was beautiful, it had all you needed for a comfortable stay. Walking distance to everything... beaches old town supermarkets.

How helpful everyone was before and on arrival. Nothing was too much trouble, especially being able to leave our cases as our flight got us in before check-in.

It was better than the photos! The place was super clean, updated, and had plenty of amenities. The host was very helpful with local information and also left us bottled water, juice, and coffee. There were plenty of towels and bath soap/shampoo/body lotion.

The accommodation is extremely well equipped, spotlessly clean.The owner was very helpful.
There isn't a lift, the apartment is on the second floor.

Perfect apartment for our family stay in split. Really spacious apartment with fantastic air con which meant we all looked forward to coming home after a hot day sight seeing! Gr8 location, 10 min walk one way to the beach, 10 min the other way to the old town. Sandra was a delight to deal with, always fast in responding and making suggestions, she also arranged for a cab to take us from the airport to the apartment, when we were almost there the cab driver (who was also fab) phoned sandra's brother who then met us at the apartment and explained everything. Perfect. One last thing... it was absolutely spotless. Couldnt fault it and would stay again without hesitation.

Very modern and very clean.
Excellent location.
The only negative was the stairs. The apartment is on the second floor and there is no lift.
But that was only a very minor issue.

Id give this place 11 stars if I could. It was comfortable, exceptionally clean, great location and had all the amenities you could ask for. Our host was extremely considerate in welcoming our family (2 adults and a 7 and 2 year old). You wont regret staying here.
