Lovely quiet, well equipped place. Only had breakfast once in the restaurant attached was very good & more than we could eat. Everyone very friendly & informative. Town only 15mins walk away with good well priced restaurants. Kinoba Bava very good (we had fresh swordfish).
All good, wouldn't fault anything.

we like the size of the room and how clean and welcoming Lilli is. we also really like that they have a restaurant there so we didnt need to leave the property to get dinner or breakfast.
like so many thing in Croatia this time round,it has become a lot more expensive.

One of the bwst places i have had a chance to be. Very clean and decorated with a great sense - I would say it is really a 5 start hotel quality when it comes to the room. Very nice area - close to the city and to lovely villages. The owner is so nice and always available. The best place i would recommend to everyone.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Rooms Margarita. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. You are outside of Split so it is quieter but you can easily get an Uber to town. There is a nice local beach within walking distance. By far the best part of the experience was the hospitality of the owner Lily and her sons. My brother got sick and she assured us we could keep our rooms an extra night. She even went out and got him medicine. They made a great stay exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel.

Off road parking. Somebody was available for checkin. Shown to the apartment.
The shower door had been fitted upside down so it would never shut properly!! Forgot to mention it to the owner. Odd plumbing protrusions in the room and in the corridor. Small fly like bugs amassed along the edge of the bed covering. Quite odd. Once removed they did not return. No check out or check in desk. Check in and out via the restaurant below the apartment.

It's a little bit far from center of split (15 minutes by car) but perfect for families who want to stay closer to the beach and in a quiet place

Ir was a really nice place with free parking, very clean, comfortable, close enough to all the attractions but in a very quite place. Communicating with Ena was ver easy!
Dont offer toiletries, just shower gel.

Lovely property with super friendly hosts. Pizza restaurant part of the complex, with some amazing pizza. Great view is the Adriatic Sea from the room. Hotel is about 15m drive from Old Town.
Breakfast was sumptuous, thank you very much.
No big deal, but the WiFi was slow in the room
