Stayed for four nights in the Hotel. This is a very nice hotel overlooking the beach and backed by some exceptionally nice and helpful staff. The rooms are equipped with everything you might need and have glass fronted balconies overlooking the bay. There is direct access to the beach through the hotel. Secure parking is also available in the hotel. My reservation included breakfast which was really nice and I had cooked breakfast to order on a number of mornings. I found the rates for the four night stay to be extremely competetive.The staff on duty at breakfast were extremely warm, friendly and helpful. The hotel is around 7kms from central Split and the bus stop is less than a three minute walk from the hotel with frequent service and very affordable rates. There are also a couple of large supermarkets within a five minute walk.
All and all a very very nice hotel with exceptional staff, offering great value for money. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel and returning there when in Split again.
The road outside is quite busy. However this was not an issue in terms of noise as the rooms were extremely quiet.

Overall the hotel met my expectations such as location, cleanliness, service and safety very well. I really loved the gorgeous view from my room balcony which was breathtaking and relaxing. The beach was also very quiet, not some crowded beach with tourists, so if you are travelling as a couple or alone and really hope to relax, this is definitely the place to be. I also want to leave special thanks for this beautiful, adorable and so helpful Klara lady who works in reception, Thank you dear for being genuinely interested of your quests and for doing anything to make them maximum comfort during the stay at the hotel. This hotel is so lucky to have you as part of the team. I will miss you dear and hope to see you again, take care! <3
some of this small issues like hotels own sunbeds at the beach which you have to pay separately (15 euros per day) and also for the beach towel, is not really suitable for this 4 stars hotel standard and value in my opinion. Also for some reason I had to pay city taxes twice (when arrived and when left the hotel). The breakfast was ok, but the fact that you could not eat it on the terrace with the sea view which was actually one of my reasons for choosing this exact hotel, was a disappointing. The breakfast was served in that small closed room downstairs instead.

The location and staff were great. Breakfast was well stocked and kept consistently full of all the selections. The hotel was in good repair and had a small elevator which made carrying bags to and from the rooms much easier.
The room was extremely small. I have been in many European hotel rooms, but this one still falls into the tiny category. They had set it up to function, but there was very little space for luggage and other supplies. The more difficult part of this room was the bathroom. It had a bowl sink that sprayed water everywhere. There was no place to set out toiletries, toothbrush, etc. so every time you used a supply, you had to find a place to put it and then return it to your bag. The shower was only a handheld shower that was used in an approximately 2' x 2' stall that had no door. One wrong move and the floor was soaked. There was a towel heater, but no other place to hang towels. My husband used the magnifying mirror, which luckily I don't use, over the sink for his hand towel. We paced off the square that held the bathroom and the bedroom, and it measured approximately 10 x 13 feet. The only closet was open hanging space with 5 or 6 hangers next to the desk and within reach from the bed.

The staff members at the reception were polite and the staff member at the breakfast room was very approachable, she made sure to give us a pleasant experience. The cleanliness of the apartment was commendable, the bed was comfortable. The view was beautiful.
The Hotel had their listing under listings with pool facilities and a spa centre. The pool and spa were our main criteria when choosing the hotel. The pool turned out not to be available since after the start of November (now was the 16th). No update has been given out regarding this beforehand. On the basis of that and the spa centre being just a sauna room we asked to cancel the booking before spending the late afternoon, evening and night there. Sadly, the hotel claimed this to not be possible due to their policies, but agreed to refund us for the other night. Since this event half a week passed and changes were made to the listing, stating "Swimming pool #1 is closed from Fri 17 Nov 2023 until Sun 01 Jun 2025." in small print. However, when filtering using these facilities, it still appears in search.

Seaside location. Plenty of parking. Only 35mins from the airport. Clean place and friendly staff.
We arrived late and there was no options for food. Room service would have been good.

The beach is right in front of the hotel. Beautiful view of the sea and sunset. Street noise is not heard in the rooms. Very friendly and welcoming team
The restaurant in the hotel was not open because the season is ending. Lunch had to be eaten at the neighbors' pizzeria, but I would have preferred my hotel.

The views with glass balcony is unbeatable , the food in the restaurant and breakfast were excellent quality, best on my trip of 3 hotels in Croatia. Room is better quality in person than the photos.
Slightly further out from split than I thought but in the end the hotel was so good I wasn't too bothered.

When you stay in one of the recently upgraded rooms its very lovely.
On my fourth day at the hotel I was told o have to leave my room and go else where for a couple of hours from 11am to 2pm and was then downgraded to an un renovated room. As a business owner myself I wouldnt do that as I would have wanted to keep a longer term guest.
