A classic hotel outside the city center. Very clean, stunning view of the mountain as we open window. Not so much client during our stay (even on peak season), a lot of space during breakfast and swimming.

After reading so many reviews saying the breakfast is SUPERB I have to say we couldn't find anything close to this term. It was repetitive and the selection quite limited. It is fine for a couple of days but our stay was of 10 days . We had mornings with early tours when it was so busy and nothing was working - coffee machine, or toaster. Short staffed I think.
The hotel is not a 5 star. It looks even outdated and the furniture so old fashioned. No atmosphere and no weekend entertainment but we had events right in front of our balcony with loud music and lots of guests!!!!!!. On the main pool as the other outdoor pool was still under construction.

excellent location for seeing Roman ruins, access to downtown Split for ferry port.
spacious surroundings next to park, eating at Rivers restaurant a few steps away.

All the whole package. Fantastic. Staff were excellent. Beds and pillows so comfortable.
Only a slight thing but during winter months cooked hot breakfast on hot plates would be better. Good quality.

The hotel offers great parking on site and the location close to solin center was perfect. The beds are very comfortable and the room itself was a very good size. Breakfast was exceptional with many beautiful a la carte options. Staff at reception and bar were very professional and helpful.
Whilst the spa facilities are such a nice thing to take advantage off, staff working in the evening was a bit unfriendly and the sauna was not hot anymore but that’s possibly only the case when you use the facilities late in the evening.

Breakfast was great, fresh and good variety of choices. I loved the hot vegetable stir fry the cook made to my liking. The room was lovely and spacious, bathroom clean and well appointed. The location was ideal, close to the major road, but tucked in a quiet neighborhood.

Breakfast was ok, good spread of food choices, hot, cold, sweet, savoury etc. The coffee from the machine was a little disappointing. The hotel is well situated for the bus into downtown Split and the tourist areas, Diocletian's palace etc, the bus cost Euro 2.50 and took around 25 minutes. Ivana who worked in reception was very nice and helpful with booking tours and giving us information on local transport, sights, etc.
The safe in our room did not work, tried it several times but it would not work. I told staff at reception but nothing was done to sort it.

The hotel was beautiful and only a quick 5 minute ride into Split. The town itself had a good choice of places to eat/drink.
The restaurant food was not what I would have expected from a 5* but the staff were incredibly helpful but for the number of staff sometimes the service was extremely slow. (Evening only)
