The actual location of our bungalow was fantastic, it was clean, there was a lovely outside patio with views through the trees to the sea. We had an absolutely wonderful 1.5 hour boat trip on a Rio Boat that was one of the highlights of our stay. There were steps and paths down to the sea really close to our accommodation where you could swim into the sea which was beautiful. The restaurant on the seafront - Bonaca - was blissful. The supermarket was good and well stocked.
Nearly every restaurant within the complex had zero gluten free options - the restaurant at the swimming pool said nothing was gluten free, the burger bar had nothing gluten free, even the chips in many of those restaurants weren't gluten free. The pizzeria was great and had gluten free pasta. Everything cost extra - ketchup sachets, the wobstacle on the beach, we had 2 stands at our accommodation for parasols but were told we had to provide our own umbrellas to put in it which was bizarre etc. The bungalow did not have good crockery, cutlery etc. The swimming pool and beach were absolutely ram packed.

The area is beautiful and convenient. The apartment was adequate but the kitchen was small. We stayed in August on a last-minute getaway and the price was high, but comparable due to the timing of our stay. The breakfast at the Park Plaza Histria was amazing and reasonably priced.
The sea is only a 1 minute walk and so beautiful. Our Villa was in a quiet area.
The water heater in our apartment stopped working and maintenance came immediately to fix the problem.
The facility is a little outdated (furniture, fixtures).

good position, in a peninsula with 3 nice beaches.

many houses and internal equipment are quite old (of 80's).

Nice location, spacious villa, large TV, good air conditioning, high ceilings
Some home appliances, shower head and door lock were found malfunctioning on our arrival but replaced on request. Persistent stains on the kitchen floor from previous guests were never cleaned away by the personnel.

Location it self is really good and there is lot to do in area. It is like small city where you have everything close. If you are ok with some unconviniences then it is all perfect for you.
When we arrived our floors were not cleaned. Everything else seemed a bit warn out. We got our floors cleaned about 24h hours later after multiple calls to reception. Even if it looks that Villas have all neccessary equipment then it is not so. Better get prepared that you need to order meals also. Reception said higher price than booking.com and also they said in reception that you need to take all meals for full period or none, you can not just pick one...several but for less than for full period. Also place is quite over crowded. Locals are also parking their cars on same territory with quests. So no surprise if your car is parked couple of km away.

The pool was excellent, a few beaches and restaurants in the vicinity. Fitted kitchen. Towels get replaced every day

The facilities outside the villa are amazing: pools, one of them specially for kids, tennis courts, area for kids - when your kid is already four years old, you can leave him with the babysitters there, if smaller-one of the parents had to be with the kid as well
There are free activities at the pool: pilates etc
The breakfast was not free, but it was a buffet with a huge choice.
Tipp: pay for the breakfast at once while registering - then it cost 8 euro pP, if you pay at the restaurant, you pay 13 pP. Kinds are almost free (1-2 Euro)
Tipp2: they can bring you from the registration desk to your villa with all your luggage by a small car. For free. Just ask for that at the desk
Concerning the villa itself: i had concerns about the boilers that we do not have enough warm water, but it was perfect. Just turn on the boiler for all the time.
The beaches are rocky, no sand
But the rocks are relative smooth and you can buy swim boots there

The location, environment and facilities were excellent.
The kitchen / cooking equipment was almost non-existent! The hob took years to heat up and there were minimal chopping knives, no oven gloves, only one oven tray etc. Not ideal when cooking for a family of 5. There were no wine glasses, although this was quickly rectified.

The location is great and overal area as well. There are plenty of interesting spots for those who like the sea. And as well there is a pool. I really like how the lady from the staff manages the pool area, so I have to mention her here, as there are people who break the pool rules and cause incidents. This was our 2nd stay in a row (two summers in a row) in this resort, but different housing facilities. Good restaurants in the resort, plus a grocery with a bit higher prices, but that's the value for the comfort. Short car ride to shopping area in Pula and the city itself too.
The housing facilities that we chose this time. The old vila was full of mold - the bad smell was everywhere. We did not take our clothes from the bags/suitcase. The bad smell was coming from the pipes in the bathroom too. I would highly recommend for the hotel/resort to renew these housing facilities, because it is a shame for this kind of bad experience given great location and sea view. Electric kettle is a standard in my eyes for this kind of villa. Yet, it was not present. However, the reception staff was super helpful and made it happen, so we got new kettle.

Perfect location, the property is located in a grove, very close to the sea and several beaches, ideal for a vacation with a small child. It featured two patios, one was always in shade. It was fairly clean and the pics on booking.com reflected a true state of the property
We had mixed feelings about it. The property is advertised as a "villa", which it certainly isn't. Ours was a relatively small two bedroom cottage. It is rated 3* which it is, the kitchen is small and under-equipped (only basic dishes, cutlery etc., small stove for only basic cooking), living room also very small, old furniture throughout, run-down bathrooms...one would expect more for EUR 400/night
