Disappointing
The place was calm and relaxing, surrounded by nature with amazing views. The apartment had everything we needed to cook, and the beaches were just a short walk away.
The apartment felt very old and poorly maintained. The fridge was extremely loud, several lights didn’t work, and the heater even caused a short circuit. There was no staff nearby to assist us—only at the reception, which was quite far from the apartment. On top of that, the restaurants were closed during hours when they were advertised to be open, which was very disappointing.

Good location near Pula center. Friendly and helpfull staff in reception and in service. Easy check inn and check out. Parking inside resort. Private swimming pool and beach. Not far from public beach. Good restorant near our apartment (may be others too, but we werent there). Shop inside resort.
Clear room and almost all fasilities, what need for living, are in the room: kettle, coffe machine, fridge, plate for cooking, dishes, air condition, towels, Would be nice to have microwave owen aswell, but its missed :(
Our room was with see and swimming pool view and its was amazing. Thank You very much for our nice vacation!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment! From the moment we arrived, Hrvoje made us feel incredibly welcome. He greeted us personally and even picked a bowl of fresh figs for us from the garden — such a thoughtful and memorable gesture!
The house itself is perfect. It’s spacious, spotlessly clean, and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need — from kitchen essentials to extra towels and toiletries. Everything was so well stocked that we didn’t have to worry about a thing during our stay. You can truly tell that the hosts put a lot of care and attention into making guests feel at home.
The outdoor space was another highlight. The pool was clean, refreshing, and surrounded by a peaceful and private setting — perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. There’s also a lovely terrace where we enjoyed morning coffee and evening chats.
The location is great too: close enough to beaches and attractions, yet quiet and peaceful for a perfect getaway.

The pool was very nice, there was good food options, great location to get into town and other places around Pula, amazing front desk staff, very pretty views of ocean. It also came with stove and pans which was nice.
We stayed for 3 nights with5 people and only got 2 rolls of toilet paper that never got refilled, the rooms were hot and a little noisy because of neighbors next door.

Value for money, proximity to the gorgeous sea, room size and amenities. Some shops and restaurants nearby, but most importantly swimming locations. Great pool too!
It is a bit of a walk to the bus station but from there the city center is very close. And it's worth it to be closer to nature.

Very Good
Splendid Resort is an excellent vacation spot! The apartment is conveniently located near the beach in a very safe area. In the morning, you can enjoy a delicious breakfast by the seaside, and for lunch or dinner, there are three on-site restaurants with great food and friendly staff. The apartment was clean, spacious, and equipped with everything you need. Overall, it's a fantastic vacation destination that offers great value for the price. There are also a few historical sites nearby, a pool, and beautiful sights.
The resort is perfect for families, but if you're looking for more adventure or to explore other parts of the island, you'll need to venture outside the resort. If you're staying for more than a week, the three restaurants might start to feel repetitive, and you can easily walk around the entire resort in less than half an hour.

Spacious
Very outdated, far too many stairs for elderly people with issues especially trying to find it in the pouring rain. No one from reception came out to help when we first arrived, we drove in and around then came back to the barrier to see a reception sign. She just gave us our keys and map and circled the block. Had we known later on we could have gone one right turn below to just go up about a dozen steps to the apartment. The food was mediocre as were the restaurants. The pool area was very good but having to pay for chairs was outrageous!! No shampoo and fridge leaking. I have very little to compliment this place.
