Privacy, silence, view. Spirit of the past present all around Verudela with many things to see and experience. Supermarket proximity (within the hotel complex). Sport terrains around the hotel - many tennis courts and other activities. The apartment was large, with good orientation and a nice balcony.
Blood stains on my blanket. TV malfunctioning. Staff was uninterested and unprofessional - all but one young woman on the reception who was really kind. No one answering the phone on the reception. Senior staff mocking younger staff in front of guests thinking how cool they are, acting like they own the place. There is no wellness or pool - except the outdoor salt water unheated pool. Objects where apartment/rooms are are located in are scattered around the broader area. Confusing markings on the buildings left me wondering around for 5mins around the block before I located my apartment. Breakfast is in a completely separate hotel, must be paid upfront or on a day to day basis (19€!) and has a separate receipt so you can't charge it on the room and have a single invoice - I skipped it completely and was having meals outside the hotel. Shaded parking is small, hard to park as it was probably built during socialist Yugoslavia so the spaces are few and small, and I didn't like the distance from the apartment to parking. I can only imagine how annoying it is for people in objects further away.

The pool area had plenty of seating, it was clean, and it was a great place to relax. We ate at a few restaurants. They were a little pricey, but the food was good. Our bed was very comfortable. There was plenty of storage and the kitchen area in our room Had everything we needed.
We didn’t like that we would have to pay to use the gym, and felt it should be included, but we did know that ahead of time. There were several shops, but very few of them were open the entire time we were there and the ones that we used were closed by 2:30 in the afternoon. That was inconvenient.

Spacious accommodation, everything you need for family trip available and stores and restaurants nearby. Pool and beach are very close
One of our showers did not work. We reported to housekeeping but no one came to look at it. We managed with one shower but it would have been nice to have two since we paid extra to have it.

Room was spacy, clean with two balcons. Beds are super comfortable. Cleaning ladies changed the towels every day, lining as well.
Price, two bedroom apartment for 470e per day without food it too much. Sound isolation is also that can be much better.

Probably the best place to vacation in Pula, and beyond. Verudela is a great resort with plenty of activities for everyone, especially children. We stayed in one bedroom apartment which was located directly above the pool area so we were just a few steps away from both pool and sea which was very convenient. Pools are very clean, sunbeds are free (although there’s a bit of a rush every morning with guests queuing up to reserve sunbeds) and there’s a very nice restaurant directly at pool area as well. Apartment has all the necessities and is just large enough for family of 4. Hotel staff (and this goes for everyone in resort we interacted with) was very friendly, polite and forthcoming. We had a situation with our AC unit one night and receptionist came over all the way to us at 00:30 to give us a key to another apartment where we could spend the night until our AC was fixed the day after. That was really unexpected and very appreciated.
Apartment building that we were in, as well as some other parts of resort, is showing signs of age and could use some renovation. Gym was rather pricey at 18 eur per day.

Amazing location, the views are breathtaking. Big territory, good breakfast ?, friendly staf.

Hmmmmm ... basically there was not a thing we did not like. We were not so lucky with a weather due to waves but you can always use pool.

We had a wonderful stay! The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, and everything was spotless and well-maintained. Although the weather was chilly during our visit, the location is close to the sea, and we still got to enjoy the stunning view of the water. It was the perfect spot to relax.
While the complex itself was nice, we found the on-site store to be quite expensive, and since we visited outside of the summer season, it was mostly empty. The pool wasn’t heated. The pillow and bed were too soft for my liking.
