Location was superb, just what we needed. Room was very spacious and well equipped. Everyone were very kind and helpful.
Breakfast was excellent. All in all, great experience and we will choose this hotel again.

Wonderful
Loved the room. It was spacious with a large bathroom and huge terrace. The breakfast was fine. The on-site gym was a hotel gym, you can get a bit of activity in.
The staff were super super kind and helpful!
For me it was not an issue, but it is good to know there are many stairs that could be a problem for those with mobility issues trying to carry luggage.

Wonderful
The room was excellent, spacious, clean, very nicely decorated, location is very good-close to Giardini square and a few minutes walk to Arena Pula, parking is also very good-in a yard (so, not on the street, and in a shade), breakfast looked kind of modest, but actually had a wide selection of foods, savory and sweet (non-gluten and non-lactose included), the staff was soo kind and helpful. All in all it was a truly great experience for us :-)
Only kind of negative thing (but, not really) is that reception and breakfast are located in one building, rooms in the other and parking in third; but this is all within a few steps and would be a problem only if it was raining.

Staff was super friendly, room quiet and pleasant. Restaurants looked awesome but we didn’t eat there (regret). Close to old town and arena.
Difficult to find entrance and parking lot. But staff member walked us to the parking lot.

Very helpful reception. We arrived near midnight so the reception was closed. To make sure we didn't have any problems, she sent me a WhatsApp video on how to get in and where to find our key. They also arranged a taxi to meet & greet us at the airport! So wonderful. Great location, very quiet, clean room, nice large clean shower with lots of hot water. Good room darkening curtains. Room has a refrigerator too. Nice size room with a sofa.
The bed, on one side, had a trench in it from where others had slept. Comforter was barely wide enough to cover both of us.

Location and friendly staff.
We had many problems. The most critical one was with the parking. Our car did not fit the parking space, which is VERY limited. Because of that, I had to keep the car on the street and pay around 2 euros per hour, facing the risk of getting a fine. They should either make it clear that only small cars will fit, or not even mention they have parking at all. The hotel is also splitted into two buildings, one of them (ours) been very old and smells bad. We booked 2 days, but decided to leave after the first one (mostly due to the parking been limited and not guaranteed). Breakfast was "ok", nothing out of the ordinary. The staff was very friendly and did the best to mitigate the impact, but it was not enough. For 130 euros a day, we would expect something much better.

Despite the near surrounding being not the most appealing the location was really great. Only 100 m and the walking street started. Quite spacious room and the breakfast was good. Staff was helpful and offered suggestoins like where to eat: great restaurant.
Internet was on the slow side. It took an eternity to upload 35 photos.

Very kind staff and very helpful.
One of our bags with cosmetics was forgotten. On the next day I called and the reception, without hesitation, helped me to get the bag. It sounds like a normal thing, but actually the bag was full of expensive makeup and perfumes, and she could have simply said, "I can't find it!" But, opposite to that, she helped me. I organized DHL for the next day and got it back. Super grateful! Recommending the place, and next time when we visit Pula, I will stay in this hotel again!

Very Good
Located a few minutes walk from the town centre this 3 star hotel had exactly what I expected, what I didnt expect was the 5 star restaurant connected to the hotel, my wife and I spent two wonderful evenings in the restaurant, this is truely a hidden gem
The bathroom was a little on the small side but was adequated for what we needed.
