Disappointing
it was close to cave romana
apt at this price point should have a cutting board, cutting knife, at least 2 non-used toilet papers, not smell of moisture. preferably would be to get some salt when requested and promised to get it. etc..
Photos are not reflecting the real size of apt, and was misled to believe it had a terrace.

The cleanness generally was not on appropriate level, especially the bed sheets.

the apartment is 10 minutes from the beach, near a shop and a restaurant. clean and comfortable accommodation, the host is kind, he was happy to explain and help us with everything we needed. the accommodation is in a quiet area, tucked away, and the center of Pula can be reached by car very quickly and easily. all in all we had a good time.

the stay was great! Very close to the beach a 5 minute walk. There were restaurants close to the beach for drinks and food. Very close to everything. our apartment was facing the ocean beautiful view. Definitely will stay here again!

small walk from a decent nice beach.
Paid a lot for 2 bedroom apartment. kitchen had a big fridge, dated hobs. no microwave! we had to only pay by cash which is a huge additional expense to pull out cash and rest finally by bank transfer. Sea view charged was not there at all. gym was stated as free but in actual it’s one time free for whole stay rest you pay additional.

No Breakfast, as it was Self-contained Unit. A few things needed attention on our arrival ;like new Shower Unit ,was only a hand held ,new one was installed wall fixed .which was replaced on the third day and the Bathroom Vanity drain was also unblocked. So after a good Morning shower Day started great.
Wifi was good .done reset on Modem my self twice after drop out ,reason unknown.
Manager Ilir friendly and helpful.
Kitchen stuff a bid of a mix and match of Cups ,Plates ,Glasses and Cutlery.
Shower hot water Unit only small . (may be 10 litre Unit. ) if you are third Person you get cold water. So do BreakyDishes after you had shower.Lol
For longer holiday stay you will have to find Laundromat as there is no fertility available .Few Laundries are 15-20 mins. by Car in Pula near a Kaufland Shopping Centre.

The communication with the host was quick and helpful. I also liked the garden that offered several seats for a number of groups that were staying in the house at the time. Overall, the rooms were clean, beds were comfy, it looked like an average-cost apartment. You also have an opportunity to rent a bike for free and use a gym inside the house (1st visit is for free as well). And I liked that the house was pet-friendly, so the owners didn't have a problem with our Shepherd puppy.
There was a number of problems that complicated our stay. For example, there was no toilet paper when we arrived and the water was super cold many times we wanted to take a shower! Also, the biggest trouble during our stay was the Wi-Fi network. It almost didn't work - and if so, the connection was super weak. Which didn't make us really happy since the apartment was a little below ground level and therefore we weren't able to use even our mobile data.

Just not what I expected , broken door with a very simple key, broken lid in the toilet. Not for a week. Not comfortable. The owners are good guys, but the place is not worthy at all
