Nice little apartment with a terrace, 5-minute car ride from the old town and the beach(es). It has everything you need. Very clean.

It was a very bad experience. The overall hygiene was very poor and there were spider webs. The bathroom sink was blocked. There was not even a trash can in the whole room. The bed was the most uncomfortable I have ever slept in. I slumped in it (I am very light) and could not fall asleep even though I was very sleepy.

Absolutely fantastic place to stay with a small kitchen and all you need to cook for yourself. The staff are fantastic and very friendly. I would stay here again

It was dirty, there was a nest of cockroaches, full of dust like it wasn't cleaned since last summer, we had to leave in the middle of the night since we couldn't sleep beacuse of cockroaches.

Quiet neighborhood, the unit has everything you need.
The unit I was in, the studio apartment on the ground floor, has a cockroach infestation. One crawled out of the drain while I was showering, and one crawled up my bed while I was sleeping. After that, I had to get up and get rid of all of them that I could find. The host likely knows there is a problem with this unit, as there is a bottle of Raid that I noticed later, but they mentioned nothing. Additionally, there were several house spiders in the corners that appeared to have been there for a while. I don't know about other units, but that unit should not be rented out until this issue has been dealt with. I wouldn't have any other complaints if it weren't for that, but having to deal with cockroaches at 3 am on your vacation overshadows everything else.

It has NOT private parking, it would have been specified that you can park in the public street (we found some spots in a street near) for free, but it is not a private parking.

Friendly owner. Well located.
We had the "appartment" in the groundfloor. Very old interior. A lot of things just barely functionally working or defekt. Seemed like no one takes care of the property, the interior nor the appearance of this place. More a taste of improvised camping environment then an inviting holiday space. All the bugs inside the flat. We had enough after one night.
