The location is great, straight in the city center. They have a parking place, which was unavailable at the time, but were kind enough to pay for our parking.
The room itself has not been cleaned properly, the towels smelled and the pillow had a bloody stain on the cover.

The Location is the reason why we booked this place. Unfortunately it is one of those ex beautiful apartments cut into pieces and even though the space would be more then enough, very bad quality reconstruction has ruined what could still be a beautiful room with a bathroom. So the space and location is good. We also appreciated the parking space assigned that was not too far. Also the code keyless system to enter was fine.
What is really bad and hence my negative review is the very very bad reconstruction and especially very very bad quality bed and sheets! We were lucky to be able to choose a room with the 160 cm bed, the 140 cm bed in the other room was not only uncomfortable, but also broken! I had to ask for cotton sheets that have been provided for the second night of our stay-to sleep on a mattrace without a cover under a plastic (polyester) sheet was terrible. Also the towels that have been provided were worn down and the poorest quality ever. The owner could invest some of the profit into making this a good place to sleep. The flat would deserve this totally! The kitchen corner was missing some basic elements - like a knife to cut whatever you want to prepare - bread, fruit, vegetables… (the market is near so we wanted to enjoy it and ended up eating our watermelon with a spoon). The shower head was broken and splashing water everywhere - which together with a slippery floor is a deadly combination. The floor is extra slippery, our baby has broken her lip just by walking on a few drops of water on it. Definitely not suitable for anybody having a trouble moving around also because of the many steps to reach the room, there is no elevator.

I like the fact that place was very clean, and bright, and with air-conditioning. The location was not far from the major Pula's attractions.
Nearby there is a market area, supermarket, post office, bakery Mlinar, hairdresser's...
I didn't like the fact that the bed was broken and the mattress were worn out, whether it is memory fiam or not, they were not good for sleeping.
After we send the host Mrs Vesna the photo of a broken bed she offered us the next day another apartment but after 2 p.m because other guest were inside. That definitely spoiled our stay at Pula because we were packing and unpacking stuff twice in two days stay.
The host apologised but I think that apartment should
be 200 euros for 2days with that kind of bed.that can fit two slim persons. It didn't look more than 140-150 cm wide.The building were the apartment is situated has many stairs and it is not very clean. I complained about it to Booking but they didn't react so I think I will look for another accommodation site the next time. I think the host is doing her best in not so beautiful circumstances we experienced but our stay there didn't meet our expectations.

Apartment was so famous, like you enter the castle, everything is shiny and refined, everything was very comfortable and clean! I will recommend everyone who wanna treat yourself this way! ❤️

Is super basic, does not have anything to make coffee or tea, basic, basic
It was really hard to find I was lost for 2 hours and the host was not really helping; is in front of the market cars do not go in so gps was not able to find it. I had to call the host for the wifi code, after the previous place that was a 10 it was disappointing
