Its a nice apartment with a great location just near the monument.
For the price you pay you dont basically get a lot, its a place to stay but nothing more than that, it is a bit old and maybe needs renovation. The bathroom is a bit unpractical, because its very small and the water from the shower goes everywhere.

The apartment is beautiful, the location of the apartment is very very good and the landlady of the apartment ist super nice.
You have to be careful to not flood the bath if you are taking a shower.
