Very Good
Good solution for those traveling by car and seeking for a cozy place to access beaches and Pula city center. It took around 10 minutes to access the northern coast (Hidrobaza/Valbandon) and city center, 20 minutes to access the southern beaches (Verudela beaches, Seagull rocks) and around 30 minutes to get to Premantura/Kamenjak. Very friendly owners, accessible and responsive to requests, we had a warm welcome and goodbye. Our apartment was on the 1st/ground floor cozy, chill and spacious, with a well-equipped kitchen and recently-renovated bathroom (yet it requires an upgrade). Air conditioner worked fine, a parking place in the garden a few steps from the door, anti-mosquito devices were provided.
As soons as the owners will make some upgrades like block shower water in the bathroom and add more surfaces for things in all rooms (shelves, lockers, stands) - the apartment will become perfectly-equipped.
