Wonderful
Very nice and friendly host, near to the beach and city center, easy to find and free parking.
Surprising fee of 14.99 for a dog and 70 deposit (which you get back when leaving the property).

We could only check in after 18.00. we didn't feel welcome by the sturdy man who checked us in. The appartment itself was not clean and worn out. Next morning we were checked out by a woman who didn't ask any questions regarding our stay.

Adapted basement, ceiling at about 220 cm, all very modest and very uncertain whether you will be able to take a shower with hot water, which for some reason was not available that day..

we arrived early and they let us check in at about 13.00
The apartments are more like a room with a very small kitchen. All the furniture is oudated and in desperate need of renovation. You get what you pay for.....actually we stayed in brand new apartments for just a few more euro in other villages in Croatia. What we could not undersatnd is for what reason they want the deposit when everything is in shambles anyway. Luckily we were only there for one night and we left at 6am.

Great value for money, great location not far from the center of the Porec, but still safely away, in a silent and peaceful street. Only 5 minutes walk from the beach. Restaurants and bars are not far, shopping center (Konzum) is 200 meters away. The host was very friendly, wi-fi was good, shower and everything was great.
