Everything was good - the location is on the quiet side, the food, the pool, the view from the room, the sun lounges and hammock in the front of the hotel was very enjoyable.
just info - There is no real beach in front of the hotel, but on other hand - the green waterfront is spacious and not crowded at all.

Location by the sea, fantastic. I like that they turned outdoor swimming pool into covered. The room was cleaned every day. At dinner time there was enough place for everybody even though there were a lot of guests.
Food was adequate, in some bathrooms you can already see a bit of wear.

Very friendly knowledgeable staff, who all spoke great English, the accommodation was great, and the balcony was a huge help with the bike (very bike friendly hotel) breakfast & dinner had a great selection, which changed each night, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay :D oh and it's not far from Porec, and there's a lil road train that you can use if you don't want to walk, but it's only a 30 min walk.
Drinks weren't free with dinner, but they were with breakfast, so only a minor niggle :)

Food and location.
They advertise an indoor pool which is actually an outdoor pool covered with a tent during the winter. it's cold inside, the water is cold, and there are so many people that you couldn't move in the water. You try your luck in the wellness area, and there you find out that they have 10 sunbeds in total for the whole hotel - it is impossible to even get in line to enter.
