Good choice at breakfast and dinner buffet. Staff were friendly. Everything was well organised and clean. I would stay if we returned there again.
The bathrooms are small and need a bit of an update.

disappointing. A hotel room depends on the quality of the beds and the cleanliness. With the mattresses you lie on the spring core because they are as old as the hotel. The bed has no slatted frame! We didn't sleep. There were clumps of hair on the floor when we moved in, which the cleaner left behind even on the second day

The location was good and some of the staff were very nice some were just unfriendly.
All the stairs and no assistance available for help with bags.

Whole place was amazing
-nice and friendly staff
-Good location
-Great Food!
-very small room even been upgraded. I never saw that small. Bathroom
- no fridge
-escalator(absolutely ridiculous who creat them, one escalator going up and down but you need to wait sometimes 10 minutes to swap direction, sometimes receptions had to change direction with keys as too many people waited)
