Exceptional
The owners were super helpful and very friendly. They went out of their way to assist us with anything we needed. We are 2 single people, and this is a 2 bedroom 2 bath with a kitchen,which is difficult to find. It's not in the center but you can walk there in 20 minutes. It's in a cute residential neighborhood with a grocery store 5 minutes away.

Apartment has good location, walking distance to the sandy beach and city center and also big supermarket. It has a very nice garden which we did not use, as we had big terrace. The hosts are very nice, especially Barbara.

Attempts by hosts family to meet our needs and the advised facilities of the apartment.
We had to request the supply of a microwave, iron and ironing board that were not in the apartment. The washing machine is shared with host and other guests. Advised after arrival of extra charges to use aircon, shower/toilet very pokey and hard to use, NO security for guests, doors and windows all had to be secured with chairs/boxes to keep open. TV in kitchen without a lounge. This apartment is not good value.
